PREAMBLE
IThis exporter’s guide summarizes the process of exporting non oil goods, starting from their loading at the exporter’s stores, all the way to the country of their final destination. This step-by-step guide aims to familiarize exporters with customs export formalities and facilitations targeting the reduction of time and cost. You will find a more detailed electronic version of this guide with references to the related regulation on our website: www.douane.gov.dz It will be updated each time the regulation gover-ning non-oil goods’ export is modified.

- Craftsmen, farmers or agricultural cooperatives possessing a document which replaces the trade register

You want to specialize in export,
You can request the activity codes exclusively given to export activities from the National Center for Trade Regis-ters (CNRC).

FAP
All goods can be exported, except:
- Books, films and other commodities offending morality - Wastes of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and used batteries (their export is suspended)- Rough skin- Raw or semi-finished coral.- Palm plants- Purebred breeding animals: bovine and ovine.- Objects representing a national interest, pertaining to history, art or archeology including ancient vehicles.- Protected species of animals and plants.- Ozone-Depleting Substances (ODS).- Counterfeit goods.- Any goods prohibited by a law or a regulation.
Some goods are subject to Particular Administrative Formalities (PAF):
Exporting some goods is subject to presenting a license, a visa or other certificates.
You find in the customs tariff different references to the required administrative formalities.
EXPORT BANK DOMICILIATION FORMALITIES
PRE-DOMICILIATION OF EXPORTING PROCESSES
You want to export goods as part of a �rm sale You must beforehand open a �le at a bank
agency and receive a Domiciliation Number
CONSIGNMENT SALE :
You want to export goods as part of a consignment sale concluded with an agent established abroad taking in charge their selling.
You must domiciliate your exportation.
FRESH/PERISHABLE AND/OR DANGEROUS PRODUCTS :
You want to export products that are fresh, perishable and/or dangerous:
You can domiciliate your commercial invoice during the 05 work days following the day
NO DOMICILIATION
You want to export goods or samples with a value of 100 000 DZD or less.
You don’t need bank domiciliation.

Multiple spaces in port areas, dry ports and other customs bonded areas outside of ports are kept for the storage of goods destined for export.
The export declaration is a license for the movement of goods inside of the customs zone as well as a transit declaration from an internal customs office to a customs office of exit.

PROMOTION
You export goods manufactured by imported inputs
You can benefit from total relief of their import duties and taxes and you won’t need a surety
� Ask for the Temporary Admission for Inward Processing customs procedure.
You export goods packaged by imported packaging
You can import packaging with total relief from duties and taxes and you won’t need a suret Ask for the Temporary Admission of Packaging procedure valid for one year, renewable if necessary
You export goods made by imported goods or taken from the local market
You can import goods that are identical or similar to those used in exported goods, relieved from duties and taxes.
� Ask for the Duty-free Replacement of Goods customs procedure
You want to explore the international market by participating in exhibitions, fairs and other events abroad.
� Ask for the Temporary Exportation for Fairs and Exhibitions procedure
You want to export goods related to your commercial activity for repair or handling done abroad in order to re-import them later or to export them definitely from overseas.
� Ask for the Temporary Exportation for Outward Processing procedure
