The Nurses Hub is always free and available at www.caresearch.com.au.</p><p>Launched in August 2010, the CareSearch Nurses Hub was the first resource of its kind in Australia: a free, specialised hub of information where nurses could find resources to help provide quality, evidence-based palliative care across all clinical settings. This represents a very good use of time for nurses because all the information is there in one place. An efficient way of obtaining knowledge.</p><p>The Nurses Hub has been an excellent step forwardas end-of-life care has been more medicalised and specialised. It addresses issues that nurses face on a daily basisa major resource for palliative care.</p><p>It is a useful recourse and provides a critical focus on the important role that nurses play in palliative care. My colleagues are impressed with its content and the high calibre of information made available.</p><p>Giving nurses a discrete space for support and education together with its potential for networking[,] the Nurses Hub recognises the professional issues for nurses in palliative care.</p><p>[The Nurses Hub is] useful to demonstrate practice, education and quality all in one placea very comprehensive resource, it is unique and nursing specific.</p><p>Current, always evidence-based. It is usable information and the links are relevant.
