suSCon Applicator Excellence Program Terms & Conditions

1. The Nufarm™ suSCon Applicator Excellence Program is being conducted by Nufarm Australia Limited  (ACN 091 323 312) of 103-105 Pipe Road Laverton VIC 3026.

2. This program commences on 12.00am 1 January 2020 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on 31 December 2020 (“Program Period”).

3. By registering in this program, registrants confirm that they have read, understood and accept these Terms and Conditions.

4. This program is open to any registered suSCon maxi Intel applicator customer, except distributors, retailers, wholesalers and agents of Nufarm or its affiliates, that applies the product suSCon maxi Intel during the Program Period as detailed above.

5. Eligible suSCon applicator customers will receive commission on every 15kg box of suSCon maxi Intel product applied from the date of accreditation until the Program closure date.

6. All existing Applicator Excellence Program participants remain eligible for the 2020 Program- re-registration is not required annually. NEW suSCon Applicator Excellence Program participants must successfully complete the suSCon STEWARDSHIP Program and register as members of the suSCon Applicator Excellence Program by 5.00pm AEST 31 December 2020 via nufarm.com.au/susconapplicatorexcellence or completing and emailing the Registration Form to susconapplicatorexcellence@nufarm.com. suSCon Applicator Excellence Program participants must also provide copies of original tax invoice(s) indicating the date(s) of transaction, the quantity of suSCon maxi Intel product purchased, the location of the purchase(s), with verification by the product purchaser of the volume applied by the applicator. Program participants must provide a copy of this original tax invoice to Nufarm or its nominee on request. suSCon Applicator Excellence Program participants must include a copy of this original tax invoice with any submitted application commission claim. Nufarm or its nominee may contact stores or resellers to verify the sales and that these have not been credited, returned or refunded.

7. Nufarm or its nominee will pay the application commission by direct deposit to the bank account provided on the Registration Form, no later than 14 calendar days of receiving a complete and valid suSCon Applicator Excellence Commission Claim Form claim. Please email us immediately at susconapplicatorexcellence@nufarm.com if you have not received your application commission within that timeframe.

8. Nufarm accepts no liability for incorrect, late, lost, damaged or misdirected registrations or deliveries, or receipt of purchase information (whether or not by reason of online, software or hardware fault).

9. If for any reason the program cannot be conducted as intended, Nufarm reserves the right to terminate, modify or suspend the program.

10. Nufarm and its nominee Regional Reach Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 104 538 105) will collect your personal information, such as your name, postal and email address, and phone number and bank account in order to verify eligible registrants and commission claims and pay those commissions. You consent to Nufarm and Regional Reach Australia Pty Ltd using your personal information for this purpose, as well as Nufarm contacting you about the next season’s suSCon Applicator Excellence Program (if any) and any future promotion by Nufarm Australia Limited or its affiliates (subject to your right to unsubscribe / opt-out from communications in future). You are able to access, update or correct your personal information – please direct your requests to susconapplicatorexcellence@nufarm.com. 11. suSCon Applicator Excellence Program members are NOT required to renew their registration annually. However, refresher courses are required to

How to claim:• For your convenience there are several ways to submit your claim: - Register online at: nufarm.com.au/susconapplicatorexcellence and follow the directions - Attach a copy of the supplier invoice(s) (purchaser endorsed) to the suSCon Applicator Excellence

Commission Claim Form, scan and email to susconapplicatorexcellence@nufarm.com.Supplier invoices must be dated between 1 January 2020 and 31 December 2020.• Application Commission requests must be submitted by 31 January 2021, any claims after this date

will not be accepted for an application commission claim.
