Submit your registration and payment for your football team to compete in this year’s Choo Choo Bowl in Chattanooga, TN before October 1, 2016, and your team will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win one (1) of three (3) travel packages valued up to $500 being given away!** **Only teams that travel to compete and show proof of staying within a Hamilton County/Chattanooga hotel for two hotel nights are eligible to win bigger prizes. Those who only stay one hotel night will be entered into a drawing for smaller travel packages.

Welcome to the 19th Annual Choo-Choo Bowl, the best youth tournament to date! The cost for the tournament is $220.00. Register and pay early, by October 16, 2016, and pay only $160.00. Register and pay by October 1st and your team will be entered for a chance to win $500.00 towards your hotel rooms; a max of five coaches’ passes, one team mom’s pass, with a two game minimum. We will take all teams that apply until we are reach capacity. There is a discount for leagues that have multiple teams. Remember pay early and save. To enter you must send payment and ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION, which include the registration

form, the Choo-Choo Bowl roster sheet, hotel information, and T-Shirt order form. NO exceptions. The DEADLINE to enter is November 17, 2016.

Player Verification

1. Age cut-off is July 1st. All paper work must be complete and received no later than one week from your registration form. NO FAXED DOCUMENTS. You can download forms and mail or e-mail all papers back.

2. PICTURE book and a copy of your birth certificate. Any player that does not have a birth certificate will not play. All teams MUST have proof of age. (Birth Certificate, I.D. cards, etc.)

PAPER WORK

1. Teams can check in Thursday night before the start of the tournament on Friday, beginning at 7:00 pm until 8:30 pm. On Friday teams can check in beginning at 8:00 am. We recommend arriving and checking in on Thursday night to allow adequate time to register and find the location for your team games.

2. Admission is $5.00 per day for entry to all fields and games. Children 10 and under free. 3. We ask all teams to have at least 15 players. But there is no maximum. You can bring cheerleaders and

cheer coach will get a pass.

5/6 Divisions*: U 75lbs Skilled position unlimited lineman

7/8 Divisions : U 95lbs Skilled position unlimited linemen

9and under Division: U 110lbs skilled position, unlimited linemen

9/10 Divisions: U 125lbs skilled position, unlimited linemen

11/12 Divisions: U 150lbs skilled position, unlimited linemen

Chattanooga Marriott located in downtown Chattanooga is our host hotel. There are many hotels in Chattanooga that will meet your needs; however, the Chattanooga Marriott is giving those attending the Choo Choo Bowl a special rate.
