Your mailing list, which should be fully niche oriented, will be your #1 money generation asset for months and years. And as Anik Singal says, your mailing list is an asset you can always use whenever you need money. However, around 80% of Internet marketers and IM wannabes are using the whole list building concept in the wrong way. Nowadays everything came down to: crank up some simple squeeze page, drive visitors to it, then hit them with OTO and spam the hell out of them through emails in order to squeeze some money out of their pockets. Does this work? Well, yeah, for a short time and low profit. I mean, imagine this... You decide to enter into a store to check out what they have to offer (totally equal to subscribing to someone's mailing list) and then salesperson starts running around you and yelling "Buy this, it's great. Or buy this, it's even better. But wait, buy this too because it's cheap. And then check out this because quantities are limited...", and so on. For how long would you stay in that store? 30 seconds? 2 minutes? If you stay in for more than 5 minutes, you would be crazy. That's exactly how many "marketers" are running their mailing lists these days. And that's completely wrong because they can't make people to stay subscribed for a long time, and they

The #1 Way To Build Your Mailing List Even birds know that the best way to build a long-term successful and sustainable online business is to build up your mailing list. And that's completely wrong because they can't make people to stay subscribed for a long time, and they

can't make as much money out of them as they could it they had a smarter approach. Now imagine this... You decide to enter a store and there you find a nice, friendly and professional salesperson that slowly approaches you with gentle question "Can I help you with anything? Just let me know. I will be right here and ready to help you and answer all your questions". And yes, when you have a specific question about particular product this nice salesperson will do her best to give you all answers and help that you need. In which store would you stay for a longer time and from which salesperson would you rather buy? Think about that when you decide to build your own mailing list and when deciding how you will approach your subscribers. In general, the best way to build a successful business, either online or offline, is always to give something before you ask for something, and always overdeliver. Why? Because your goal should be to build up trust and relationship, and to "create" a customer for life and not only for one single sale. I hope that helps! Take care, Tommy Miller P.S.
