A Cook Out Celebrating Recovery MonthOn Saturday, September 17th DR3AMRS Clubhouse celebrated National Recovery Month. Clubhouse

members, after care members, families and guests listened attentively to testimonies from Jenny, Alejandro and Adriana about their experiences recovering from substance abuse and mental health.We signed a banner as a demonstration of our support for people in recovery and then we shared a

delicious BBQ meal. With this celebration we promote the message that behavioral health is essential to overall health, prevention works, treatment is effective, and people can and do recover from mental

and/or substance use disorders.

Skin care & Makeup Class

This month we started skincare and makeup

classes. Lilia, an aftercare member has taught

us the benefits of various treatments to the

skin, vitality oil balance, moisture content and

achieve a healthy skin.

Our Clubhouse members did a t-shirt screen printing project to use it at the clubhouse gym. We learned a lot !!
