Brian Pelletier—The Huntington Chef Pelletier has more than 35 years experience in the culinary and management fields. A graduate of Southern NH University, he worked his way up from line cook to executive chef. Prior to joining the Huntington, he worked at other healthcare facilities, as well as corporations and restaurants. Brian is an expert in many different cooking techniques and using the freshest ingredients to enhance flavors, textures, and colors. He placed second in the 2016 Fire & Fusion Competition.

Christopher Ryan—LCB Senior Living/Arbors of Bedford Chris has more than 30 years experience as a chef in the restaurant/hospitality business and more than 20 years as an executive chef. Matt Aubin—Bridges by Epoch Culinary Director Matt Aubin has a passion for healthy, delicious dining. He enjoys elevating the overall dining experience for the residents at Bridges while satisfying their cravings and meeting the dietary requirements outlined in their care plans. Matt’s practical experience was honed in the kitchens of senior living and rehabilitation centers. He earned his BS in Management at Keene State College and is currently earning his MSM in Health Care Management at Southern NH University.

Jonathan Fudala—Ledgewood Bay at Milford Jonathan graduated from NHC in 1992 and has been a chef for over 25 years. He currently serves as the Executive Chef and Director of Dining. Always promoting his passion for cooking, Jonathan has been featured on WMUR’s “Cook’s Corner” 9 times. Jonathan placed second in the first Fire & Fusion Competition in 2013 and is thrilled to be back this year!

Derek Herling—Nashua Crossings Derek began working at Nashua Crossings at age 17. Starting as a server, he quickly moved to helping in the kitchen with prep work. It was there that he found his love of cooking, eventually becoming a full time cook. Derek enjoys cooking all cuisines but he especially loves to focus on a more rustic aspect where he brings his love of hunting and fishing into his home cooking by preparing whatever he harvests.

Dennis Hickey—Aynsley Place Dennis Hickey, Executive Chef, is new to Aynsley Place but not to The Courville Communities or the kitchen. With 34 years of experience, Dennis brings a vast amount of cooking knowledge to “the table” and the residents at Aynsley Place are eating well. Dennis has been an on-call chef at the Courville Communities for over 20 years. He is the former Chef of The Yard, Ciao Pasta, and The Italian Farmhouse restaurants. He was named Chef of the Year for The Common Man Family of Restaurants in 2001. Dennis has been featured on WMUR’s Cook’s Corner over 140 times. He is also the co-owner of Icebreakers Ice Carving Company for which he has won multiple awards for ice carving work.
