•A$50.00non-refundabledepositisrequiredtosecurebookings.Yourbookingwillnotbeconfirmeduntilthe deposit is paid and the booking form is completed.

• Finalchangesaretobemadenolaterthan4pmontheWednesdaypriortotheparty.

•Childrenthatdonotturnuponthedayofthepartycannotberefunded.

• Youareresponsibleforthesupervisionandsafetyofallthechildreninyourparty.• Entrytothepartyrooms,café,courtyardandplaygroundisfree.Howeverifadultswishtovisittheattractionstheyneed to purchase wristbands from the shop. If an adult is found in the attraction area without a wristband they may be asked to leave and the party host may be charged.• AllfoodisprovidedbyButterflyCreek,thereforenofoodmaybebroughtinandconsumedonthepremises. There is an exception for birthday parties - you are permitted to bring in lollies, loot bags and a birthday cake.
