Annual Report 2019 “I am grateful to the Centro Cultural Batahola Norte. Here I have found a place where age is not an obstacle to achieve my goals. My story at the CCBN began when I decided to finally complete elementary school through the Basic education course for youth and adults. I have learned how to read and write which allowed me to learn new things such as sewing and tailoring. This new knowledge is useful for me to work at home. My learning is unstoppable. I hope next year to learn more things to help my family.” — María Abaunza, 70 years old
