The Thames Path follows England’s best known river for 184 miles (294km) as it meanders

from its source in the Cotswolds on through the City of London, to the Thames Barrier. The city

section has been voted as one of the world’s best urban treks! Our challenge heads upstream

from Putney Bridge to Runnymede of Magana Carta fame, then on past some wonderful

scenery to Henley.

3 distance options as endurance walks or ultra style runs - most starting on Saturday morning.

Walkers could be stepping up from the normal charity 10k, or veterans of the long distance

trails. Runners may be occasional marathon’ers looking to go further, or seasoned ultra

competitors out for a quick time. Jogging sits in the middle - so sign up to a ‘walk’ or ‘run’

based on your anticipated speed.

The 100 km course is split into four ~25 km stages with main rest / food stops at the end of

each & further drink / snack stops at the ~12.5 km mid points. All start and finish locations are

close to rail stations - and we run shuttle busses to those local stations at the finish. It’s easy

to join and take part!
