Surf ing in March?i'm headin' to Thailand tomorrow for 2 weeks in koh Tao. i just want to know if there are any surf spots and board rental places on the east coast or if there are waves this time of the year? Thought about maybe catching a wave or 2 while i'm there.

Your best bet is to contact some of the Sumatra surf charter boats that do their yearly maintenance here in Phuket. A lot of times you can get a discounted rate for their “delivery trip” to or from Indo at the beginning and end of their normal charter season. The first pbc contest of the season will be held at the andaman Sea Surf headquarters at the north end of patong beach on june 26 and 27.
The meet will include shortboard, longboard, and grom divisions along with an after surf party right on the beach.
The competition is open to everyone, though club members will have priority for available spots.

Dara HotelThe most colorful hotel in Phuket!
Review
Many of us have driven by the funky and colorful Dara Hotel near the Central Festival intersection in Phuket and wondered what it’s all about. TSM decided to check it out and see for ourselves. The first thing you notice upon entering Dara is, of course, the colors. Colors, colors everywhere colors!! Vibrant shades of green, orange, red, blue, yellow, all thrown tastefully together to produce an experience of creativity, aliveness, and energy. This hotel definitely has personality! Hotel owner, Khun Katha Watcharapin (better know as “Boat”) says his inspiration came from fascination with Legos as a kid. Most of us over 30 have at one time or another enjoyed these simple yet challenging multi-colored building blocks during our youth, but somehow we lose the playfulness and creativity of Legos as we get older. Khun Boat has managed to reawaken this creative spark in Dara. The Lego theme is prevalent throughout the hotel, with modern, straight, minimalistic lines giving the impression of being
assembled from a rainbow of building blocks. There is even a set of Legos in the lobby from which guests and staff have built a myriad of Dara inspired creations. The colorful theme is present right down to the smallest detail, including the light fixtures, chairs, and even the complementary soap and shampoo bottles. Rooms are offered in different color combinations and the creative schemes invoke a different feeling for each space. Warm, sexy, chic, cool, tropical, modern; there is something to suit everyone’s taste and mood. Many guests actually request particular colors when checking in, and even the layouts for the same room types are slightly different meaning a unique experience on every visit.
Dara isn’t just about colors, though, it’s also about comfort. No expense has been spared in the high quality spring mattresses, custom made oversized pillows, and top-end linen that offer 5 star comforts at 3 star prices. The most striking feature as you enter each room area is the vibrantly colored, seamless and shiny flooring which was poured using a special self leveling resin technology
and has the feel of walking on polished glass. The experience is made even more interesting by the thoughtfully selected modern lighting.
Other than the sensory candy, all the spacious rooms boast oversized fridges (convenient for those food and drink purchases from Central), LCD TV, custom built in furniture, wi-fi, hot water pot and kitchenette counter, central a/c, and surprisingly roomy walk-in robes. No more living straight out of your bag for lack of space like in a lot of hotel rooms we’ve stayed in.

Rooms come in 4 varieties: Studio, Junior Suite, 1 Bedroom Suite, and Honeymoon Suite. Some of the larger rooms include sofas and oversized bathtubs. High season Prices range from 1,600 per night for a Studio room to B3,500 for the Honeymoon Suite (inclusive of breakfast, taxes, and service charge). green season (surf season!) rates are even more attractive, ranging from B1,200 to B3,000. guests will find that the fun atmosphere extends to common areas as well. The huge, multi leveled pool is surrounded by long, padded sofas with colorful pillows allowing guests to unwind to the max. For sunbathers, there are deckchairs sitting directly in the water of the “low tide” area of the pool making basking in the sun a more refreshing experience. Other features include an in-pool jacuzzi and a modern-design waterfall plunging directly into the inviting waters. Not far from there, you’ll find Dara’s chic bar and restaurant as well as a comfortable meeting room available for guest use. Overlooking the pool and accessed by a spiral staircase is a wide open roof garden where you can watch the action below during the day or enjoy a good view of live poolside entertainment from above at night. One hotel feature TSM found especially cool is a proper 3 wheeled Thai tuk tuk offered free for guests. What better way to explore Old Town in Phuket, go shopping, or hit the golf course than via an authentic, open aired tuk tuk? Khun Boat plans on adding more features to Dara in the near future including an acrylic stage that can be lowered directly into the pool offering a unique setting for live bands, fashion shows, and other parties and presentations. Contrary to popular belief, the name “Dara” (which can mean “movie star” in Thai) has nothing to do with the hotel’s chic, hip, and trendy atmosphere. Nor did it come from the fact that the Central Festival traffic crossing is also known as the Darasamut Intersection (another nice coincidence). The hotel is actually named after Khun Boat’s mother, Khun Dararat. In this sense, Dara means Shining Star and, unlike movie stars that fade away as quickly as they shine, Khun Boat believes that the auspicious name will bring luck, longevity, and good fortune to the Hotel for a long time to come just like the heavenly bodies it is named after. Khun Boat, who originally worked in the auto industry as an industrial engineer, was drawn to the hotel business by brothers, sisters, and cousins who were already
involved in the industry in locations around Phuket. Their knowledge and support have helped Khun Boat to realize his fantastic creation. Having only opened 6 months ago, Dara is already catching on through word of mouth amongst businessmen and the young, hip, and trendy crowd from Bangkok and neighboring Asian countries. The hotel’s central location, being one of the best positions from which to explore ALL of the island, is also starting to catch the eye of Western visitors looking for a different experience from the usual Phuket beach resort. TSM thinks Dara has all the ingredients for success: great prices, comfortable rooms, generous amenities, and of course, the unique, colorful, hip, and trendy modern living atmosphere. Definitely worth checking out on your next visit to Phuket.

Hawaiian legends tell of men chanting to the sea in praise of good surf—and royalty (Ali’i) competing in surfing competitions. At various surfing sites the ancient Hawaiians built temples and prayed for favorable surfing conditions, such as at the Kuemanu Heiau archeological site at Kahalu’u Beach Park, Hawaii. However, Christian missionaries, who judged surfing to be immoral, outlawed the sport in the 19th century and Christianized some sites by leveling temples and building churches alongside the ruins. At the Kuemanu archeological site, Saint Peter’s Church testifies to the change in social value which took place. In 1986 the County of Hawaii restored the site and today surfers once again make offerings at the Kuemanu Heiau and pray for good waves.
Shaping a Koa Surfboard
Surfing is the sport of riding the surf—especially on a surfboard. It comes from the Hawaiian and Tahitian legacy as an ancient tradition, and wooden surfboards made in the fifteenth century can be examined in the Bishop Museum in Honolulu, Hawaii today. Such boards were made from various hardwoods, including the endemic Hawaiian Koa tree.

Captain James Cook Surfing was first recorded by Capt. James Cook in 1777 in Hawaii and Tahiti. Published in 1784 in A Voyage to the Pacific, a rendition of Cook’s own words account the first description of surfing [a canoe] in the literature: “I could not help but concluding that this man felt the most supreme pleasure while he was driven so fast and so smoothly by the sea.”

Duke Kahanamoku After a period of decline the sport made a dynamic comeback in the 1920s by the Hawaiian swimmer Duke Kahanamoku (1890-1968)—becoming an internationally recognized sport practiced in nearly all of the world’s oceans and seas. The Duke showed the world the style and grace of the Hawaiian waterman when he took gold and silver medals in the 1912, 1920, 1924 Olympics in swimming.

south American Fishermen A somewhat untold tale in ancient surfing are those of the fishermen who faced the surf in their daily life around the world. In order to fish they needed to face the waves—in order to return to shore, they indubitably needed to master riding them. For example, pre-Columbian cultures are believed to have rode waves to shore on their reed boats thousands of years ago in countries like Peru and Ecuador.

Waikiki—Hawaii’s surfing Playground Tiki torches alight at sunset, the sound of ukulele music dancing in your ears, full moon walks on the beach in an aloha shirt, the rush of riding a heavy wooden canoe in the waves, and the freedom of longboarding all serve to set the soulful mood at Hawaii’s undisputed birthplace of surf tourism. From the romantic diaries of Mark Twain (1835-1910) and Jack London (1876-1916), Waikiki is where romance and intrigues for the surf, and the Hawaiian surfer, were used as marketing strategy by the government, cruise liners, airlines, and pineapple companies.

My real name is Kularb Bunchalern but my nickname is Ying. When I was born I came into the world really red in color so my mother named me Kularb after the red rose. I’m 27 years old and originally from Songkla Province. I’ve been living in Phuket for the last 7 years.
7 years ago my older sister Noot invited me to help her run PhuketSurf.com surf shop here in Kata. She introduced me to surfing and was the one who taught me how to surf.
When I was learning to surf, I used a longboard, but now I prefer shortboards. I can ride any kind of board from 5’ to over 6’ in length.
In 2007, my sister and her family who were running the shop moved to Sweden. That’s when I took over managing the shop.
Of course, my favorite break has to be Kata. I like it a lot because I can surf with my close group of friends and it’s my home break. Kata Noi also has good waves and I enjoy Nai Yang as well though it’s a bit far for me to go often.
In Thailand, I’ve surfed at Chaweng Beach on Koh Samui. I wasn’t very impressed as the waves were smaller than here but maybe I just caught it on a small day.
Outside of Thailand, I went to Bali, Indonesia in 2009. The waves there are fantastic! I surfed so many spots, like Kuta Beach, Kuta Reef, and a lot of other places. I was really impressed with that trip. I went with members of the KataKrew surf club including 7 girls. So much fun!

TS: Do you have a boyfriend?(laughs) No, not yet, but I am looking for one. Of course, one specification is that he must be a surfer! Someone who loves freedom and has long bushy hair with a bit of an earthy look. Any nice guy who fits the spec, either Thai or foreign, would be good. (laughs)
TS: Tell us about PhuketSurf and your services. Right now our principal business is rental boards and surfing lessons. We've got a lot of boards to choose from; about 40 in all. Every kind of board from around 5' all the way up to 12'. We also offer other services like board repair and surf accessories. Other than the surf shop I also have a restaurant called The Tube - Surf Bar & Restaurant. It's on another street not far from PhuketSurf.
TS: What about your surf lessons?Mostly we do one on one instruction but we can also do group lessons. Our packages start from 1.5 hours up to 3 full days. Our 3 day package is designed to take someone from first time beginner to being able to ride a shortboard.
We have about 4 or 5 instructors. All our instructors are highly experienced surfers and can speak English well. For teaching, they use mainly longboards, both soft boards and normal boards.
TS: What type of students do you mostly get?Actually, we get about half and half Thai and foreign students. The youngest student we've had was only 6 years old! Mostly, though, our main type of students are men around 45.
I've also noticed that a lot more Thais are getting interested in surfing. I think the growing popularity can be attributed to the yearly surf contests held here in Kata Beach. TS: What would you like to say to people coming to visit Phuket who are interested in surfing?The waves in Phuket might not be the best, but there are a lot of other bonuses to surfing here. The water is always warm and Thai people are really friendly. We welcome everyone to join us!

Steps of asana
1. Lie on the floor, face down with feet one foot apart.
2. Place palms by the side of the chest with fingers pointing towards the head
3. Exhale and rise bottom upwards, straighten arms, push heels to the floor and push knees back to maintain straight legs.
4. Heels and soles should be completely on the floor with toes pointing straight ahead.
5. There are two head placements that will render a different effect.
A. bring chin toward the chest and gaze at stomach, concentrating on heels and straight knees.
B. lift head and gaze at eyes, allowing chest and shoulders to drop towards the floor, while still maintaining sinking heels and straight knees.
6. Stay in this pose for about 1 minute with relaxed breathing.

Ultimate PHUKet surf guide
A typical swell cycle will start with an approaching storm creating small, weak, short period dribble. As the storm intensifies, the waves build, and so does the wind. Over the course of the storm, wave size and period increases as the windswell starts to organize itself. During this time the surf will be fairly messy but can be quite fun. When it finally clears up surfers are rewarded with a blessing of good, clean, reasonably long period swell. This will stick around for a few days depending on the length and intensity of the storm and will taper off until the next storm arrives. Of course, storms can follow each other so closely that an entire month may seem like one messy stormswell.
Phuket's surf is ruled by the prevailing monsoonal f low. The «surf» season runs through the Southwest monsoon from May to October. It is characterized by consistent onshore winds and frequent rain. During the «high season», or Northeast monsoon (November to April), the weather is great but surfers will have trouble finding even a ripple at their favorite break. Because of Phuket's geography, very little groundswell reaches the island. 95% of Phuket's waves are generated by local windswell. Most surfing in Phuket is done in windy, onshore conditions. Luckily, many of the surf spots are able to handle the onshores or have land features that offer some protection from the wind.
If this happens to be the month you decide to spend in Phuket, well . . . better luck next year! Average wave heights are in the chest to head high range. Maximum wave heights can reach double overhead, though this is rare. Conditions change rapidly. If you find a decent wave, it's best not to spend time driving around looking for a better one. Hit it while you can! Following are the better known surf spots in Phuket (note that wave heights refer to the front or «face» of the wave)

OverviewA relatively short stretch of sand at the South tip of the island, Nai Harn is possibly Phuket's most picturesque beach. A lake just inland is sometimes drained into the sea at the South end of the bay creating a perfect left hand sandbar especially at the beginning and end of the Southwest monsoon. Nai Harn is also open to rare South groundswells in the high season.
DescriptionBeach Break. In the right conditions, waves bounce off the rock headland at the South end and peak up on a sandbar creating a hollow, fast left hander. There is also a right and left breaking in the middle of the beach.

Wind Turns into a washing machine in anything but light onshore or offshore winds. good place to go if the swell is small and the wind calm or offshore.
tipVery occasionally at the beginning and end of the Southwest Monsoon, and sometimes even during the high season, a groundswell will sneak past the tip of Sumatra and hit Phuket. This will be characterized by glassy 1 to 2 foot lines hitting most of the beaches. If you're lucky and everything comes together, the sandbar at Nai Harn's South end can be 6 foot and pumping.

OverviewSmall Bay South of Kata Beach. One of the more powerful spots in Phuket. Can produce some of the best waves on the island when it's on. Tight take-off spot at the main break can get crowded quick. Usually bigger than other spots.

OverviewBy far the most popular surfing beach in Phuket. Also offers the most consistently surfable waves on the island. Picks up most swell directions. Rental boards and lessons are available from numerous surf shops at the South end. Can be quite crowded but there are plenty of waves to go around.
tide Best on mid tide. High tide tends to be fat and low tide usually closes out but it can be fantastic on all tides in the right conditions.
Wind Fairly exposed to onshore winds. Headland at South end can provide some shelter
tip If you want to avoid the crowd try the peak 200 meters North of the main break. It can be just as good if not better.
DescriptionBeach break with largest waves at the main break on the South end, getting progressively smaller as you move North
sizeSurfable from 2 feet up. Usually closes out above 7 feet but corners can usually be found if your lucky.

Wind High wind exposure means it is often totally blown out. Can be excellent and uncrowded on light wind days
tip On small, calm days the sandbars near the traffic circle can produce great rights and lefts peeling off perfectly. Also, try taking the dirt road from where the main road meets the coast to check the North end of the beach. This spot can be excellent and is hardly ever surfed.
DescriptionBeach Break. Karon is quite open to swell and picks up more than most other beaches. Unfortunately it is also wide open to wind. Larger, stormy days tend to be extremely messy, making Kata a better option. When the swell is small and the wind light, Karon can have fun waves even if other beaches are too small to surf.
OverviewSituated between Kata and Patong, Karon is one of Phuket's longest beaches and is well worth checking while traveling up and down the coast looking for surf. There is no particular main break, though the very South end and the area opposite the traffic circle in the middle of the beach seem to get the most attention.

Overview Most popular tourist beach in Phuket yet the surf is relatively uncrowded. Very friendly local surfers and plenty of entertainment between and after surf sessions. Surfboard rentals and lessons available at several locations along the beach. Description Beach break with progressively larger waves as you move North. Northern 1/3 tends to pick up the most swell and has the best waves. Can occasionally have classic waves off the rocks at the North end of the beach.
size 3 feet and up. Can hold pretty much any size Phuket can deliver
Direction Mostly rights. Occasional short left-hander. tide Large swells can be good at all tides but it's normally not very good on the low. The inside section can be extremely shallow at low tide with exposed rock and coral.
Wind Fairly sheltered from wind and can hold it's shape even during strong onshore days
tip On larger, more consistent days paddle out from the bridge at the middle of the beach to avoid getting dragged by the current into the «impact zone». During low tides, paddle in and out from the small, sandy beach just South of the parking area to save a long walk over dry reef.
Overview An extension of Patong Beach, Kalim is a reef bordered by a rocky headland at the North end of Patong Bay. It is surrounded by lush, picturesque mountains but rampant development is slowly eroding it's beauty. Can be crowded at times. The tight knit local Muslim surfers are friendly but bad surf etiquette is dealt with accordingly. Description Rock/coral reef break with several take-off spots that help to spread the crowd. Take-off is slow but waves pick up speed down the line. Rides of up to 200 meters are possible on good days.

size 2 feet and up. Days over 6 feet usually close out but a cloud break can form on the outside if it's big enough. On these days, stronger paddlers who battle past the inside close-outs can get some intense rides.

Overview: Located inside a large bay sheltered by extensive headlands at either end, the waves at Kamala tend to be slower and weaker than most other spots though plenty of fun waves can be found. The main breaks are off the sand point near the south end and towards the North end near Phuket Fantasea. A tight knit group of local surfers often all enter and exit the water at the same times. Be nice to them and they will be nice to you!
Description: Beach Break with slow rollers especially good for longboarding.
size: 3 feet and up
Direction: right and left peaks
tide: Surfable on all tides
Wind: Well sheltered from onshore winds by headlands
tip: Head to Kamala on big, stormy and windy days when other spots are totally blown and out of control.

Overview: Small beach overlooked by tall hills crammed with million dollar homes. The beach itself is beautiful and not overbuilt. Check out the new surf club located right off the beach. Description: Beach break. As the bottom here drops off quite steeply, Surin is possibly the most powerful wave on Phuket. When it's large and stormy, big grinders roll in haphazardly up and down the beach and currents are fierce. Tourist drownings are common as are rescues by surfers. On the other hand, during clean days Surin can be epic and is one of the few places on the island that can produce proper barrels.
size: 2 feet and up
Direction: Right and left
tide: Can break well on all tides,though it's better on mid to high.
Wind: Very exposed to wind
tip: If you're in good shape and feel like a challenge, paddle out at Surin on one of it's big, windy «victory at sea» days. getting to the outside will be brutal, but once there you'll be able to pick off some wild rides on one of the most solid breaks in Phuket.
8. surin Beach
Wind: Unfortunately, Nai Yang is very exposed to wind and gets blown out easy.
tip: Nai Yang is a fickle wave. Wait until other spots are breaking well with good size and light winds before making the trek. Even then you may regret not hitting a closer spot while it was good. Don't be fooled; the break is further out than it looks. At low tide you can cover a lot of distance by walking out on the sandbar to the point. At high tide, expect a paddle of nearly a kilometer.
size: 4 feet and up. You need to see a bit of size at other beaches before Nai Yang starts working

tide: Breaks well on any tide when it's working
Overview: Very long beach bordered by national park lands close to the airport. Nai Yang still has a taste of old Phuket with a quiet, laid back atmosphere and fishermen launching their longtail boats straight off the beach. Nice place to go even if the surf is flat to enjoy a good seafood lunch or dinner on the sand.
Description: Rock/Coral point/reef break. Nai Yang is one of Phuket's most fickle waves but is arguably the best. It is the only proper reef setup on the island with waves wrapping 90 degrees from the takeoff to the inside. There are a few additional breaks to the North that also work well depending on swell, wind, and size.

สภาพทวไป – เปนหาดทรายทตงอยตอนใตของเกาะภเกต ถอไดวาเปนหาดทรายทสวยงามแหงหนง บรเวณดานทศใตสดชายหาดจะมทะเลสาบเลกๆ ซงบางครงจะมนำาไหลกลบลงทะเล ซงทำาใหเกดสนทรายและทำาใหเกดคลนซายทคอนขางชนและไลแตกเปนแนวสวยงาม โดยเฉพาะนำากอนหนาและหลงมรสมตะวนตกเฉยงใตเลกนอย จะเปนเวลาทเหมาะสมในการเลนคลนทหาดน และบางครงหาดในหานกยงสามารถเลนโตคลนในชวงหนาทองเทยวอกดวย
ลกษณะคลน – คลนแตกชายหาด, ในสภาพทคลนดมากคลนจะแตกกระทบแนวโขดหนทางทศใตและจะแตกไลเปนคลนซาย มขนาดใหญบรเวณสนทราย คลนมความชนดและเรว บรเวณกลางๆ ชายหาด จะสามารถเลนไดทงคลนซายและขวา
ขนาดคลน – 2-7 ฟต
ทศทางของคลน – ขวาและซาย
ชวงนำาขนลง – เลนไดตลอดเวลาทงชวงนำาขนและนำาลง

ชวงฤดมรสมตะวนตกเฉยงใตซงเรมประมาณเดอนพฤษภาคม ถงเดอนตลาคมของทกป จะเปนเวลาทเหมาะสมทสดในการเลนกระดานโตคลนในจงหวดภเกต และรวมไปถงทะเลฝงอนดามนของไทยดวย ในเวลานนลมทะเลจะมกำาลงแรงทำาใหเกดคลนมขนาดพอเหมาะในการเลน รวมไปถงจะมฝนตกลงมาดวย สวนในชวงฤดการทองเทยวหรอประมาณเดอนพฤศจกายนถงเมษายน และเปนเวลาของลมมรสมตะวนออกเฉยงเหนอ ชวงนจะไมมคลน หรอมแตกหายากเตมท
เนองจากสภาพทตงของเกาะภเกต ซงมตำาแหนงทหลบกระแสคลนจากขวโลกใต ทำาใหมกระแสคลนจรงๆ ทเราเรยกวา ground swell นน มาถงนอยมาก ทำาใหคลน 95% ทเลนกนบนเกาะนเกดจากระแสลมเปนหลก
ดงนนสภาพอากาศในตอนทเราเลนคลนกน จะมลกษณะการพดของลมทะเล แตกยงโชคดทเรายงมจดเลนคลนบางจดในภเกตทหลบลม หรอมลกษณะทางกายภาพทเออในการเลนคลน ทเกดจากลมเปนหลก
วฐจกรการเกดคลนบนเกาะนจะเรมจากพายพดกำาลงแรง ทำาใหเกดคลนลมทกระจายทวไปในทะเล แตยงไมสามารถทจะเลนกระดานโตคลนบนคลนเหลานได หรออาจจะเลนไดบางเมอนกโตคลนหาจงหวะทลมหยอนลง ตอมาเมอลมเรมออนกำาลงลงหรอจากพายกลายเปนลมทะเลเบาๆ นนเปนชวงเวลาทนกโตคลนทกคนรอคอย เพราะภายหลงจากพายหายไป คลนจะมขนาดใหญขนและมรปรางทสดยอดกบการเลนโตคลน คลนแบบนจะคงอยสกระยะหนงขนกบกำาลงของพาย
ทพดกอนหนาน และจะคอยๆมขนาดเลกลงเรอยๆ จนกวาจะเกดลมพายลกใหมกอตวขนอก แตถาพายพวกนกกอเกดซำาๆ ตามๆกนมาตลอดทงเดอน ซงทำาใหทงเดอนเกดคลนลมแรงทไมสามารถเลนโตคลนได กตองถอวาเดอนนนเปนเดอนทโชครายสำาหรบนกโตคลนไป
ขนาดของคลนในภเกต ปกตจะมขนาดความสงประมาณหนาอกถงศรษะ แตบางโอกาสอาจจะมคลนสงถงสองชวงตวเรา ซงหาดไดนอยมาก อกทงสภาพอากาศและขนาดของคลนทนเปลยนแปลงเรวมาก ดงนนถาคณเจอคลนทมขนาดเหมาะสมกลงไปโตคลนไดเลย ไมตองไปหาทหาดอนๆ เพราะคณอาจจะพลาดมนไปเลยกได
สภาพทวไป – เปนหาดทรายเลกๆทอยตอนใตของหาดกะตะ(ใหญ) เปนจดทมคลนแรงทสดจดหนงในเกาะ และพดไดวาเปนจดทมคลนทใหญ และดทสดเมอสภาพอากาศเปนใจ ตรงจดทจบคลน อาจจะมนกโตคลนจำานวนมากในวนทคลนด ปกตหาดกะตะนอยจะมคลนทมขนาดใหญกวาทอนๆ ในสภาพอากาศเดยวกน
ลกษณะคลน – คลนแตกชายหาด จดจบคลนคอบรเวณโขดหนดานเหนอของชายหาด คลนแตกไลไปทางขวา คลนแรงและมความชนมาก
2. หาดกะตะนอย ขนาดคลน – ตงแต 2 ฟตขนไป
ทศทางของคลน – คลนขวาตรงบรเวณโขดหนทศเหนอ และคลนซายทางทศใตบรเวณกลางๆ หาดเลนได
