BACKGROUND

TREL was established in September 1993 through the joint venture between a local Thai contractor and the Singapore registered parent company, Rotary Engineering Limited (“REL”)

REL is one of the region’s largest engineering,procurement, construction and maintenance(“EPCM”) partner to the oil and gas,petrochemical, petroleum and pharmaceuticalindustries. REL was listed on the Main Board of Singapore Exchange since July 1993.

Our TREL impressive portfolio of completed projectsis testament to our clients’ confidence both in us as an organization that can deliver and in oural l-encompassing EPC solutions-from tankconstruction and engineering of pipes to building electrical and temperature control systems. At TREL,

TREL has a proven track record of providing multi-disciplinary,

petrochemical plants. In short, we know precisely what it

takes when it comes to designing and constructing tanks

for bulk liquid storage. Our tankage capabilities include full

EPC tankage solutions, prefabrication of tank plates, spiral

staircases, tank bridges, accessories and appurtenances.

Our capabilities extend to all tank types including spherical,

double-walled low temperature, horizontal vessels (“bullets”),
