Congratulation to all graduates on the completion of your study at Universiti Malaysia Terengganu. Please be reminded all graduates must follow the instruction below as preparation for collecting the Academic Attire starting from 18 October 2015.

Returning of Academic Attire at Dewan Sultan

Management Department (Fine will be imposed)
B. Graduates Dress Code Graduates attending the Convocation Ceremony must adhere to the dress code as stated below: Male:
Lounge Suit: - Long sleeve shirt with a tie - Long pant (Black Colour) - Blazer/Coat (Black Colour) - Socks and black formal shoes
or;
National Dress/Complete Set of Baju Melayu (Black Colour)/Formal Attire
Socks and black formal shoes and;
Academic Attire Female
Formal Attire/National Dress ; or Long skirt and long sleeve blouse Fully-covered shoes.
and;
Academic Attire
Attention: - Graduates are not allowed to wear jeans/t-shirts/slippers/sandals/sport shoes - The hair style/colour should not be of unusual - Face must not be covered
Graduates who do not adhere to dress code as stated above are allow to entry the hall but can be detained from joining the Convocation Ceremony.
C. Invitation Card Invitation Card will be given during the collection of Academic Attire. One card is for two guests. D. Smart Card Each graduate will also be given a Smartcard during the collection of Academic Attire. All Graduates must bring Smartcard during Convocation Ceremony. The Smartcard will be used for name’s announcement and display. Failure to bring the card can pose difficulties to go on stage. E. Guest Entrance
Dress Code – Formal Dress/National Dress/Lounge Suit Guest under the age 12 years old are not allowed to enter the hall Parents/guests are required to be in the hall on time (refer the invitation card)

MENU 4: GRADUATION FEE The graduation fee is applicable to all graduates who either attend or choose not to attend
the Convocation Ceremony. Fee as stated below :-
Graduation Fee Diploma : RM60.00 Degree : RM100.00 Post Graduate : RM120.00 Alumni Fee Diploma and Degree : RM50.00
Payment must be made to ”BENDAHARI UNIVERSITI MALAYSIA TERENGGANU” by using one of the method below :- 1) Pay via Internet Banking “CIMB Clicks” - After complete your transaction, please print
the payment statement (Successful Transaction). 2) At any branch of CIMB Bank by using CIMB Payment Slip (UMT printing) – CIMB
Payment Slip (UMT Printing) will be sent to your address.
Payment methods.
Proof of payment must be presented during the collection of the Academic Attire.

B. Collecting Of Academic Attire
All graduates must bring the proof of payment for graduation and alumni fee. Representative of the graduates are allowed to collect the Academic Attire by using the
Collection Authorization Form
All graduates must bring the printed Graduate Tracer Study confirmation slip. To fill online survey, please log on to http://graduat.mohe.gov.my/skpg1/.
C. Returning Of Academic Attire
Penalty for late returns of Academic Attire will be imposed after 31 October 2015. RM10.00 penalty for returning Academic Attire on 1 November 2015 Additions RM5.00 per day for following days (working days only). The penalty fee can be paid at Treasury Counter, Chancellery Administration Building,
UMT and the receipt must be presented upon returning Academic Attire.

MENU 6: REHEARSAL AND GRADUATES ENTRANCE
The briefing and rehearsal for the Convocation Ceremony will be held on the 23 October 2015 (Friday), at 9.00 am at Dewan Sultan Mizan
All graduates are required to attend this session
MENU 7: COLLECTING SCROLL
Scroll can only be taken after the Academic Attire returned and all the outstanding debts paid. (Please bring along the receipt/confirmation letter of the debt payment).
Graduates who do not attend the Convocation Ceremony can collect the scroll after the date of convocation provided that the graduation fee and all debts have been paid.
If graduates unable to collect their own scroll, graduates may appoint a representative. Please write in authority letter to the Director of Academic Management Department, UMT. (Please enclose the representative name and identification card number).

Booking counter will be opened on 18 – 23 October 2015 at Dewan Sultan Mizan. PHOTO PACKAGES
Reminder:
Private photographers are not allowed into the convocation hall during the
ceremony.
