Please send ONE cheque to cover all the candidates on your entry form.
Mail your entries to:Your Local Representative (Refer to the back cover for addresses)
All Practical examinations are scheduled during (Government) school terms, Monday to Friday
between 9am and 5pm, although from time to time, there may be examinations held on Saturdays.Diploma candidates are to indicate on the form if they cannot be examined on a Saturday.
Examinations will NOT be held during government school or public holidays.
Changes to the examination timetable cannot be made once the entries have been received
and processed. Please indicate HSC, school camps and religious observances on the form where
indicated. No other exclusions will be accepted.
Written Examinations - Candidates unable to attend on the scheduled examination dates for
religious reasons will be provided with an alternative date. No other reason is valid for a change of
written examination date.
Ensembles - For duets/duos, the above fees apply. For ensembles of three or more candidates, the
basic individual fee will be paid, and then an additional Group Surcharge fee will be payable for each
candidate.
(The Group Surcharge does not apply to the Choral Assessment fee which is as published.)
