Philip Albon is founder of TFC, the author of many published works on change, consultancy and development including Consulting for Dummies. Philip previously worked with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC).

Techniques for Change focus on providing practical skills focusing on ‘doing’ instead of simply ‘knowing’. We provide excellent course materials containing valuable tools and checklists for use in the workplace.

Open Courses are delivered at our London Gatwick Training Centre, we offer a comfortable, relaxed learning environment with a personal touch.

In-house courses and programmes can either be a course from the brochure, using the same format and content or we can adapt the course length, content and emphasis to suit specific organisation needs. This is a Masters Degree level qualification and is awarded by the Chartered Management Institute in co-operation with the Institute of Consulting. This Diploma is designed for consulting professionals (internal or external) who wish to develop strategic skills and achieve an internationally recognised qualification.

Exam structure

The APMP assessment is a three hour written exam. Candidates are required to answer 10 essay-style questions from a possible 16. A sample paper can be found on the APM website.
