Core Technologies – Lamination
Flame laminationLaminates any material onto foam. Heat melts the foam surface, forming a separate binding material. Adhesive-free at a high production rate.
Hot-melt laminationUsed when the material isn’t compatible with pu foam or for any other reason needs to be bonded or coated with an adhesive. We offer adhesives suitable for any application.
Flatbed laminationIn this process, we use adhesives in the form of powder, web or film. Also used for applying pressure-sensitive adhesives onto various materials.
