Cancellation PolicyThe Texas City Recreation & Tourism Department reserves the right to cancel, combine or change any programs/events with little or no notice due to low attendance, weather conditions, unforeseen emergencies or as deemed necessary by the Director.
If the Recreation & Tourism Department cancels a summer program, you will receive a full refund. You may choose one of two refund options if you cancel in writing, no less than two weeks prior to the start date:
1. Transfer your registration fee to another class/camp session (pending availability)2. Request a refund or your registration fee minus a $10.00 processing fee per program/class/

The Nessler Park Family Aquatic Center is an amazing aquatic venture for all ages. It features a lazy river, flume slides, cool water spa, children’s play area, and much more for your family to enjoy. Lounge chairs give parents a leisurely way to watch their children splash in the water. The on-site concession area will have snacks and refreshments available to ensure that you and your family have everything you need for a fun-filled day in the park.

CAMP ENROLLMENT is limited, and a minimum enrollment of 15 children must be metor camp will not be held that week at that site.

RESIDENT RATEPre-campers or students must be a Texas City resident or Texas City or La Marque ISD
resident in order to be eligible to receive resident rate. For Texas City resident, youmust provide proof of residency (ID, utility bill - electric, water bill, etc.).
For Texas City and La Marque ISD students, you must provide the participants mostrecent report card. To receive the resident rate you must provide the required
information at the time of registration.
Registration is on a First Come - First Served BasisParents must sign camper in and out each day
Each session is 5 days (Monday-Friday, Rain or Shine)Breakfast will be served from 7:30 am - 8:30 am daily. Lunch and snacks will also be provided.Camp Activities: Sports, arts & crafts, field trips and trips to parks.Weather permitting; campers will swim.
