TESTING 12
Testing has its limitations. A negative test today could be a
positive test tomorrow. Testing does not
replace the need to wear masks, social
distance, and practice good hygiene.
REMEMBER: Individuals are advised to get tested 3 to 5 days after possible exposure to reduce the likelihood of getting a false negative.
If you get tested one or two days after exposure, there is a greater chance that
even if you are infected with the virus, you will produce a negative result.
