Legionella: Carriage and aquarium tank water, fish ponds and facilities in aquacultures have been identi-fied as reservoirs for Legionella. Our PCR test accel-erates and improves the detection of Legionella and allows for live / dead differentiation. The microproof® kit is a multiplex assay which quantifies Legionella spp. and identifies L. pneumophila and L. pneumoph-ila Serogroup 1 in one single test.
