Free Time A

I’m not an energetic person. So I spend my free time reading and studying

geography. I love maps because they help me to get away from my problems and I

feel relaxed. I’m sure I’ll be a geographer in the future. I’m studying for that.

My parents often travel to other countries in Europe and me and my sister travel

with them too. I like knowing other places and people.

When I have time I also camp with my friends in the forests or swim in the lakes. In the winter we

I love all sports: football, basketball, baseball, tennis... I play baseball in my

school team. I started playing it when I was eight years old. I play it because I

want to be fit and healthy and because it’s a good way to spend my time.

I also practise judo to defend myself in case of attack. I started judo only two

years ago but I’m good at it. My instructor is very hard to the players; however, I

like him.

At the weekends I go to a local disco because it’s a good place to meet girls and make new friends. I enjoy

I don’t have much free time because I study and work part-time in a café in

the centre of the city. I have an unusual hobby: I collect phone cards. I collect cards

since 2005. Once I started collecting cards, I could never stop. There are many cards

with photos of sportsmen, famous places, actors, cartoons, etc. I enjoy collecting.

When I can, I play tennis and I listen to music. I like all types of music but my

favourite pop groups are U2 and The Smashing Pumpkins. I love their sound. Music is great because it

makes me dream...
