I agree to the below terms and conditions:

In consideration of Getty Images extending credit to the Applicant, the Applicant guarantees the prompt and complete payment of all amounts and obligations in Applicant’s name.  Payment in full is due within thirty days of the invoice date. Additional credit may be denied to accounts whose balances are not paid within 30 days, either temporarily or permanently. Getty Images reserves the right to charge interest at a rate of 1.5% per month on all balances not paid within the above stated terms. In addition, for balances not paid when due, Getty Images may suspend your access to products and services and no such suspension will relieve you from paying any past due, current or future invoices. All accounts not paid within 90 days will be remanded to a collection agency or attorney for further action and will be responsible for paying any collection costs and legal fees. Applicant agrees to receive invoices from Getty Images electronically via the email address associated with Applicant’s Getty Images’ account. 

By submitting this application for credit from Getty Images, you represent that you have all necessary authority to enter into this arrangement and bind you and your organization to these terms. You further represent and warrant that all products and services obtained from Getty Images are to be used for business purposes only and that you are not applying for credit for consumer purposes.
