Dr. Saeed Ba Suhail – Senior Legal Advisor

Dr. Ba Suhail joined the Firm in 2006. His main area of profession is providing legislation advice for prospective cases. He also prepares court documents including memorandum, drafts declarations, and files statement of claim and statements of defence . In addition, he drafts companies' establishment contracts as well he overseeing the firms judicial and linguistic requirements. Dr. Ba Suhail also communicates with local newspapers regarding law field and legislation issues.

Waleed Amer – Senior Legal Advisor

Mr. Amer’s main area of profession is in the field of commercial practises. He specializes in Saudi Companies and Labour Laws, in particular, drafting memorandums of understanding, company statutes, shareholders agreements, sales contracts, commercial agencies contracts and commercial licensing & distributorship

contracts. Mr. Amer provides legal advice to Saudi and non-Saudi companies on different subjects of business law, including drafting legal opinions, due diligence.


Ismail Sidalani – Senior Legal Advisor

Mr. Sidalani worked as a legal consultant for the Ministry of Commerce. He worked as a member judge in various committees for securities dispute settlement. He represented the ministry of commerce in Saudi judicial authorities, (General Court, Grievance Board). In addition to his input corporate contract drafts studies; he participated in studies pertaining to exclusive agency agreement drafts. Mr. Al Sidalani is a registered arbitrator at the Ministry of Justice.

Pia Khoury – Senior Legal Advisor

Mrs. Pia is a corporate finance and commercial lawyer who has worked in the Gulf region for five years. Pia has advised many industry sectors in relation to mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, funds, joint ventures, private equity and commercial transactions and has advised a variety of banks, private equity houses and corporate entities.
