Global Test Managed ServiceCarrying out testing and its associated elements on your behalf – this means: planning test strategies, creating test plans and other collateral, and supplying and managing resources (both on- and off-site) throughout the world. Our managed testing services support all development processes, from traditional large-scale implementations through to up-to-the-minute techniques such as Agile, DevOps, Continuous Integration, API, SaaS, IaaS and PaaS.

Speciality TestingOur customers are always looking for ways to validate particular areas of their systems cost-effectively – usually this is best achieved using tools or special methods and expertise. These specialities include disciplines such as test automation, performance testing, security and penetration testing. Our consultants are familiar with all the mainstream tools in the market and know exactly how to apply those tools to maximise results and provide accurate, reliable and understandable reporting.

Mobile and DigitalFujitsu operates global “centers of excellence”, geared to making sure organizations adopt the latest and most appropriate software for their business needs. These are ideally suited to cope with the rapidly changing digital and mobile apps world. Our test teams are experts in tackling the challenges of testing for mobile, such as platform compatibility, tight timescales and security. Whether you are in need of integration, automation or performance testing, our service virtualization offering for always-available testing environments provides huge opportunities for improving quality without impacting the speed of development. Testing as a Service (TaaS) is also hosted in the Cloud; combining this with our consultants’ experience in a wide range of tools and techniques that keep systems and data safe means we can ramp up and down the level of service quickly and securely. Our new Cloud-based automated device testing service provides the ability to test on more than 2,500 REAL devices automatically, ensuring your apps work on all your target market’s phones and tablets.

How to engage with us

We don’t believe “one size fits all”, here are just some of the ways we engage with our customers.

Time and Materials Engage our experts (and software tools if required) to carry out specific testing work. This is useful for new customers or where our level of involvement may fluctuate.

Fixed PriceWe often use this model if a discrete piece of work (perhaps test automation, performance or penetration testing) has been scoped and we are responsible for its delivery.

Shared Risk/RewardFujitsu and our customer share different responsibilities for a program of work with clarity of measurable and deliverable outcomes (suitable in a longer-term engagement).

Hybrid ModelWe often take this approach when we provide TaaS or when testing is outsourced to us. A core team can carry out BAU (Business As Usual) work, plus discrete projects and an overall set of deliverables and targets.
