A picture can also be included. Please send only photos that do not have to be returned. The preferred method is to send your information by e-mail. However, you may send it by regular mail. Whispering Pines4th of July Parade!

10 AM!

Meet at the corner of Terranova West Drive and Bryanhurst at 10 am with your decorated bicycle, baby stroller, wagon, cane, walker or antique car. We will follow a Klein Fire truck all the way down Terranova West Drive to the park. Refreshments will be served. The pool will be open. Small prizes will be awarded for the best decorated vehicle. If you are not in the parade, then be sure to watch the parade from the sidelines and wave and cheer us on. If you can help, please contact Sharon Natenberg at [email protected].

Do Not Flush Disposable Wipes!

Your Terranova West Municipal Utility District is responsible for, among other things, the operation and maintenance of the sanitary sewer system. Repair costs, like all production costs, are paid for by you, the residents of the Terranova West Municipal Utility District. Thousands of $$$$ have been spent to repair damaged equipment caused by “disposable” wipes and cleaning towels being flushed down toilets. Although the manufacturers of these items say they are eco-friendly, the truth is, they do deteriorate, but very slowly in landfills. They cannot pass easily through the District’s pumps and, when the pumps clog, it costs you and your neighbors money to remove and clean them. Please refrain from flushing these items down the toilet and help keep the sanitary sewer system running smoothly and at the lowest possible operating cost. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated! Thank you. –Your Terranova West Municipal Utility District Board of Directors
