Underbody Coating:

TEROSON WT R2000 AQUA• Extreme abrasion resistance• Resistance against cold cracking up to -25°C• Very high solid content

For OEM finish textures. Its extreme resistance will help to protect underbodies perfectly and to provide good sound dampening properties. This product is easy to handle, has a low shrinkage rate and can be used to coat large surfaces. Drive-away time is about 3 hours and overpainting is possible (see technical data sheet for more information).

Stonechip Coating:

TEROSON WT S3000 AQUA• Multi-surface: compatible with metal, PVC, PP*, EPDM*• Overpaintable with all paints (see technical data sheet)• High solid content

For various textures and thicknesses. This multifunctional product is easy to handle and has low shrinkage which is optimal to cover large surfaces. It is used for abrasion resistant coatings and noise dampening. The light version is compatible with standard waterborne OEM paints.

* For special plastics like PP / EPDM, we recommend primer TEROSON 150.

Corrosion Inhibitor for Cavity Protection:

TEROSON WT 450 AQUA• Complete coating of all cavities• Built-in corrosion inhibitor• Solids content: 35%

This product was tested under extreme corrosion conditions. Its good surface penetration achieves durable protection of all cavities. Its very high dropping point (>150°C) prevents dripping when exposed to sunlight or hot climates.
