Terms of agreement and contest rules

We've decided to have an affiliate spring contest. It starts on March 15th and ends on April 30th.

The leaderboard will be updated at the end of each week of the month on the affiliate contest page. On

May 1st you'll all know who the winners are.

1. How it works.

You promote any of our products to your list, rented list or banner traffic and the affiliate that

generates the most initial sales (more than 500 initial sales) gets the 1st prize.

2. Prize(s).

The prize(s) that may be awarded to the eligible winner(s) are not transferable. All prizes must

be redeemed from our account manager Alex Sava (alex.sava50@gmail.com) after we decided

the winners within thirty (30) days of the contest end date. If a winner cannot be contacted or is

disqualified for any reason, the Company reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or

not to award that winner’s prize, in its sole discretion. There is a total of $26,500 prize pool,

plus bonuses or $5000 and $10000.

The prizes 1, 2 and 3 will be paid by wire, while the rest 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 will be paid

through PayPal.

2.1 First 3 Places:

1st Place:

Whoever makes the most sales (a minimum of 500 is required - cumulated on all your existing

Clickbank accounts) during the contest wins 10,000 USD

2nd Place

There will also be a 2nd prize of $5000 for the next in line.

3rd Place

Also the 3rd place will get $3000.

2.2 Special prizes:

4th Place - 2,500 USD

5th Place – 2,000 USD

6th Place - 1,500 USD

7th Place - 1,000 USD

8th Place – 750 USD

9th Place – 500 USD

10th Place - 250 USD

2.3 BONUSES

On top of that, any affiliate that makes 2500 initial sales gets and automatic $5,000 bonus,

besides his/her place on the leaderboard

Any affiliate making more than 5,000 initial sales gets $10,000, besides his/her place on the

leaderboard.

3. Eligibility and Limitations.

Only one (1) prize per household for the Contest. Only one (1) prize per household from the

Company within any thirty (30) days period for prizes. Only one (1) 1st prize, only one (1) 2nd

prize and only one (1) 3rd prize, only (1) 4th prize, only one (1) 5th prize, only one (1) 6th prize,

only one (1) 7th prize, only one (1) 8th prize, only one (1) 9th prize, only one (1) 10th prize.

Anyone who goes over 2500 initial sales will get a bonus of $5000.

Anyone who goes over 5000 initial sales will get a bonus of $10,000.

are in the contest and all the responsibilities are ours.
