The inline splicing kit can be used on plastic insulated or massimpregnated paper cables. Designed to ensure complete mechan-ical protection, plus a high standard of strength, adhesion anddielectric values.The Scotchcast splicing kit is ideally suited toburied splice applications.The quality of resin offers the highestresistance against ingress of moisture and attack by alkalies andacids.The quick curing time of the resin allows the splice to beput into service immediately.

Each kit contains a preshaped Two Part Transparent Mould Body,Scotch Tape 23 to seal the mould ends, Nozzle Adapter kit,Unipak Scotchcast Resin plus installation drawings. Each kit canbe used with various cables, types and sizes and are rated up to6KV.

The Branch and Tee splicing kit have the same basic compo-nents as the Scotchcast inline splicing kits except the shape ofthe mould body.The kits can be used with various cable typesand sizes and are rated up to 1 KV.
