• A new courtyard and landscaped area will be constructed between the Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT) and the new Terminal 2/3.
• It will provide a rest and waiting area for passengers and staff as they exit or arrive at either Terminals.
• The courtyard podium is slightly elevated and designed into a landscaped berm to give passengers some separation from the airport’s busy sidewalks but also maintain visibility to the curbside pickup areas.

• Connections to the Automated People Mover (APM) and TBIT, 5, 6 and 7
• New facilities include vertical circulation that connect the APM Stations to the various levels and functions at the Terminals (checkpoints, bag claim, ticketing, arrivals)
• Support spaces for offices, baggage claim, restrooms, and other airport uses.

• Airside improvements include new apron paving, fuel lines and other infrastructure.
