  • This project is the second phase of Tercero South Student Housing and provides housing for 579 first-year students and 12 resident advisors. When completed, there will be approximately 2,000 students housed in the Tercero District.

    • Floor lounges, study rooms, laundry, large community room and kitchen

    • 591 beds (265 doubles, 49 singles, 12 RAs)
