Tender Document No: 015061 Job Title: SPILLWAY CONTROL AND INDICATION PANEL SCIP Scope of Work: The Work shall consist of the supply of all supervision, labour, Plant, Tools, Contractor's Drawings, test reports, operation and maintenance manuals, software, insurance, loading, transportation, and warranty of workmanship and materials, as required for the complete design, fabrication, shop assembly and testing, preparation for shipping and storage, supply and delivery to Site at the Pointe du Bois Generating Station of: one (1) Spillway Control and Indication Panel. Descriptions of ITEMS of the Work listed below are provided as a general overview. A detailed scope and requirements of the Work are provided in the Technical Requirements. The Work shall also, in all respects, comply with the terms and conditions of the Contract. ITEM 1 The Spillway Control and Indication Panel (SCIP). ITEM 2 All operation and maintenance manuals for ITEM 1 of the Work. ITEM 3 (Purchaser's Option) Any additional recommended spare parts, other than those specifically called for in these Specifications. SITE LOCATION AND ACCESS The SCIP will be installed at the Pointe du Bois Generating Station and more specifically at the spillway Ancillary Building on the east side of the Winnipeg River upstream of the Pointe du Bois Generating Station at Pointe du Bois, Manitoba (the "Site"). The Pointe du Bois area is located approximately 170 km by road north-east of Winnipeg, 43 km east of Lac du Bonnet and 80 km south-east of Pine Falls. The Site is located entirely within the Whiteshell Provincial Park. The Contractor shall transport all ITEMS of the Work and all parts thereof to and from the Site to meet the applicable dates in the Contract Schedule within existing transportation limitations and it is the Contractor's responsibility to determine such limitations, if any, that my impact delivery of the Work, or any part thereof. All highways and roads leading to Pointe du Bois are under the jurisdiction of Manitoba Infrastructure and Transportation (MIT). These highways and roads vary in specification and road class, many of which are seasonally restricted and dependent on freeze/thaw cycles. In addition, the Contractor shall also be aware

It will be the Contractor's responsibility to comply with all regulations and load restrictions issued by Manitoba Infrastructure and Transportation when using the Provincial roads and highways.
