Description of Goods and/or Services Required – Reg 17(2)(a)

The City is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced provider to supply two (2) new single operator side loading refuse compactor trucks. These are to be cab over 6x4 trucks with compaction bodies of between 22 and 24 cubic metres, and capable of a 10 tonne payload of municipal solid waste (MSW).

The Director, Canning Environment has exercised Delegation 19 Inviting Tenders, to publicly advertise this procurement as a Tender due to the expectation the total contract value will be in excess of $150,000 and to enable a broad number of potential suppliers to submit offers
