Only one (1) Tender submission is allowed from a group of related companies within the meaning of Companies Act 2016 and/or an enterprise within the definition in the Competition Act 2010. In the event that (i) the Tenderer is part of a group of related companies, and the companies related to the Tenderer are as defined in the Companies Act 2016; and/or (ii) the Tenderer and the related companies falls under the definition of “Enterprise” in the Competition Act 2010, the Tenderer shall not be allowed to participate and submit the Proposal for the same Tender. Any contravention may result in the rejection or disqualification of the Tenderer’s submission.
