A non-refundable tender fee of R250.00, deposited in the JDA’s bank account: ABSA; Account No 4054394825; Branch Code: 301305, is required upon collection of the tender documents. The documents may be collected during working hours after 12:00 from 20 January 2010. A compulsory briefing with representatives of the Employer will take place at the Johannesburg Development Agency offices in the Constitutional Hill Boardroom at the under-mentioned physical address, on 27 January 2010, starting at 10:00. The proposals must be placed in a sealed envelope. The words “Tender for Construction of New Clinics (Braamfischerville, Cosmo City and Magagula Heights): JDA051.4/CN007 – Project Manager” or “Tender for Construction of New Clinics (Braamfischerville, Cosmo City and Magagula Heights): JDA051.4/cn008 – Quantity Surveyor” or “Tender for Construction of New Clinics (Braamfischerville, Cosmo City and Magagula Heights): JDa051.4/CN009 – Architect” or “Tender for Construction of New Clinics (Braamfischerville, Cosmo City and Magagula Heights): JDA051.4/CN010 – Electrical & Mechanical Engineer” or “Tender for Construction of New Clinics (Braamfischerville, Cosmo City and Magagula Heights): JDA051.4/CN011 – Civil & Structural Engineer” must be clearly written or typed on the envelope. The envelope must be deposited in the tender box at the Johannesburg Development Agency, Ground Floor, 3 President Street, The Bus Factory, Johannesburg. The tender closes at 12:00 on 9 February 2010. No late/telephonic/faxed/postal/e-mail tenders will be accepted or considered. The Johannesburg Development Agency’s selection of qualifying tenders will be in the Johannesburg Development Agency’s sole discretion and will be final. The Johannesburg Development Agency does not bind itself to accept any particular tender. Correspondence will only be entered into with the successful tenderer.
