a) Chapter 3.1.2 Scope of work
Line 2 Replace “6000” with “5530” and Line 11 Replace “10 wells will be subject to
pumping test” with “9 wells will be subject to pumping test”
b) Chapter 3.4.1 Type of well
Line 2 and line 3 Replace “10 selected wells” with “9 selected wells” and “The 10
wells selected for pumping tests in order to determine the aquifer parameters
require a 10 ¾” diameter casing in order to enable the insertion of a pump (at least
in the upper part of the well).” with “The 9 wells selected for pumping tests in
order to determine the aquifer parameters require a 9 5/8” diameter casing in
order to enable the insertion of a pump (at least in the upper part of the well).”
c) Chapter 3.4.5.1 Well Casings
Replace 10 3/4” with 9 5/8’’ and consider the following well casing specifications:

Add Chapter 3.4.5.6 (deviation survey), verticality of well shall be checked every
50m with deviation survey not exceeding 2 degrees.
f) Chapter 3.4.6.1 Preliminary Well Design 1P-wide Diameter/ Wide diameter for
Pumping Tests
