Line 2 Replace “6000” with “5530” and Line 11 Replace “10 wells will be subject to

Line 2 and line 3 Replace “10 selected wells” with “9 selected wells” and “The 10

e) Chapter 3.4.5 Well Construction Materials

Add Chapter 3.4.5.6 (deviation survey), verticality of well shall be checked every

50m with deviation survey not exceeding 2 degrees.

f) Chapter 3.4.6.1 Preliminary Well Design 1P-wide Diameter/ Wide diameter for

Pumping Tests

Step 1, Add: deviation survey shall not exceed 2 degrees

Step 4, Add: deviation survey every 50m of drilling

Step 5, Replace “Gamma-Gamma and Neutron” with “Sonic tools log”

Step 6, Replace casing and screen 10 3/4” with 9 5/8”diameter

Step 7, Replace “Mandatory stand-by for 24 hours for curing of cement

(WOC).” with “Consider Cement job for the first 15m below surface”
