1) Description of the Work:

Tenders are invited by the Secretary General, Institution of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineers, New Delhi from reputed and experienced Companies/Firms with adequate financial and technical manpower resources for design, development, and maintenance of the website of Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) (http://www.iete.org)as mentioned below.

2) Scope of the Work:

Redesign and development of the website www.iete.org based on current navigation structure. o See section 1 for navigation structure

Design and development of paperless office o

Design and development of enterprise content management system 3) Bid Qualifying Requirements (BQR)

SN Criteria Documents Required

1 The bidder should be either of the following:

(i) Partnership firmregistered under the relevant law. OR

(ii) a company registered in India under Indian Companies Act 1956 or Companies Act 2013.

Copy of Partnership registration OR Certificate of Registration.

2. The bidding organization should be operating for the last three years as IT/ITeS Services in NCR Delhi.

Copy of address proof.

3. The bidding organization should have registered office in NCR Delhi.

Copy of address proof.

4. The bidding organization must have PAN and GST.

5. The bidding organization should have delivered

(i) at least one website/application project to the tune of ₹10,00,000/-

(ii) at least twowebsite/application project to the tune of ₹5,00,000/-

(iii) at least threewebsite/application project to the tune of ₹1,00,000/-

6. The bidding organizationmust have turnover of not less than ₹20,00,000 in last three financial years.

7. The bidder should have a minimum strength of 10 I.T. professionals (BCA/BTech/BE/MCA/MTech) with the company. The Team Leader / Project leader should have a

8. The bidder shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices or blacklisted by any of the Government/PSU.
