    Aquaponic System refers to anyfarming system where vegetableand food fish are grown togetherin a symbiotic environment

    The food fish production output (tonnes/year) is capped at25% of the vegetable production output (tonnes/year) onthe Land Parcel

    • Only 1 Tender Proposal per tenderer

    • Successful Tenderer must adhere to the Tender Proposal throughout the Lease Term

    The annual production output (Potential Production Output) declared in the TENDERPROPOSAL FORM must be achieved within 5 years, and maintained or exceedthroughout the remaining lease term

    Farm must achieve the Potential Production Output within 5 years, and maintain or exceed it throughout the 20 year Lease Term

    ▪ Failure to perform the above conditions will result in a breach of contract▪ SFA may resume possession of the Land without compensation
