Background to Project
The Wholesale and Retail Sector Education and Training Authority (W&RSETA) seeks to appoint a service provider to undertake the following deliverables:
• Monitoring and Evaluation Framework• Monitoring and Evaluation Policy• Capacity building of W&RSETA staff• Train-the-trainer guide
A clearly articulated in the NSDSIII that SETA’s must conduct consistent monitoring and evaluation to ensuring a culture of continuous improvement. It is important to evaluate the impact of the initiatives of the strategy and ensure that the programmes provided meet the required quality and relevance. This can be done through an effective monitoring and evaluation system.
