Sealed tenders are invited in 2 envelops (qualifying and Financial Bid) from the interested parties who have minimum 5 years experience of organising sports events in the country having minimum turnover of Rs. crore per year in last 2 years.
The scope of the work is annexed in annexure 1 & 2.
The last date of Submission of tender is 22.02.2018. Tenders will be opened on 23.02.2018 before the parties present at the office of the federation at 1500 hours.
The rates for the entire work should be quoted and tax component if any should be included in the final amount of the tender.
Conditional Tenders will be rejected.
Supporting papers for turnover and experience should be sealed in one Envelop marked as Qualifying Bid and financial bid should be sealed in second envelop. The rates should be quoted in Annexure 1.
Financial bid will be opened only for those who qualify in the Qualifying Bid.
