Ms. Heide Conception Head HRDA TEMPS AND STAFFERS, INC. \ Dear Ms. Conception: As part of this year’s Labor Day celebration, the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) will conduct a Job and Livelihood Fair on 01 May 2012, Tuesday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Manila World Trade Center, Pasay City. This year’s fair seeks to target thousands of job seekers, recent graduates and returning displaced Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) brought by continued political and civil unrest in Syria and other volatile areas in the Middle East and North Africa. The purpose of this activity is to facilitate employment and provide pre- employment document processing and advisory services to target clients. In this connection, may we invite you and your company, through your authorized representative/s, preferably one who can decide or is given authority to hire applicants on the spot, to participate in the day long Job Fair. Attached herein is the Confirmation Slip and the Job Vacancy Matrix form for your submission to us on or before Wednesday , 18 April 2012 . Kindly send them thru email address: [email protected] or Telefax Nos. 400- 6011 and 3030364. During the conduct of the Job Fair, may we also request that you bring the following: 1 laptop/PC for computerized job matching; and three (3) sets of job vacancies print out (A4 size) for possible posting at the designated Job Vacancy Shopping Area (Please see attached sample) During the Job Fair, your company representatives (maximum of 2) will be provided with individual booths with a table, 2 chairs, internet connection and food (1 lunch and 2 snacks). Further, participating companies/employers are required to post their existing job vacancies in our Philjobnet System. Please visit www. phil- job.net for accreditation requirements and send it thru the abovementioned email address or fax number listed below.

Relative to this, an Employer’s Forum will be also be conducted on Wednesday, 25 April 2012, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 n.n. at the Occupational Safety and Health Center (OSHC), North Ave. corner Agham Road, Quezon City to discuss the mechanics of the Job Fair including pre-registration, pre-screening and pre-interview of qualified applicants.

A representative, who will man the employers booth, is encouraged to attend the forum.
