UNDERTAKING FOR TEMPORARY LAVATORY & SEWER CONNECTION

(On stamp paper of Rs 50/- duly attested by the Oath Commissioner)

I, ______________________________S/O,D/O,W/O _________________________ 

owner of Plot No_________ DHA Lahore Rahbar Sector, DHA Lahore Rahbar Sector,

hereby undertake that:-

a. I will construct the septic tank as per approved drawing prior toconstructing the house and provide a temporary lavatory linked withseptic tank for labourers.

b. I will ask DHA Lahore Rahbar Sector for opening of sewer connectionfor this temporary lavatory.

c. I will control over my labourers and workers not to use the adjoiningopen plots for easing themselves.

d. I will demolish completely the temporary lavatory soon after completionof house.

e. On completion of the house, I shall apply for opening the sewer connection before occupying the house and shall not open it myself,

failing which I shall be liable to a fine of Rs 20,000/- which may beincreased.

f. I also undertake that if above requirements are not fulfilled by me. DHALahore Rahbar Sector will be at liberty to disconnect my water supplyand sewerage system.
