MARK MOBIUS, PH.D. Executive Chairman TEMPLETON Mark Mobius, Ph.D., executive chairman of Templeton Emerging Markets Group, currently directs analysts based in Templeton's 17emerging markets offices and manages the emerging markets portfolios.

AHMED AWNY, CFA Vice President TEMPLETON Dubai Ahmed Awny, vice president, joined Franklin Templeton Investment Management, LTD., in March 2007, and is based in Dubai. He hasequity research responsibility for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA)region.

CLAUS BORN, CFA Senior Vice President, Senior Executive Director TEMPLETON Buenos Aires, Argentina Claus Born, senior vice president and senior executive director, joined the Templeton organization in 2000. His main researchresponsibilities are companies in Spanish-speaking Latin America. He also analyzes North American and European companies with highexposure to emerging markets economies. In addition, Mr. Born has a sector-specialist role for the global building materials industry. Mr. Born is involved in the management of the Templeton Latin America Fund and the Templeton Frontier Markets Fund.




ERIC MOK, CFA Vice President / Executive Director TEMPLETON Hong Kong Eric Mok, is vice president/executive director of Templeton Asset Management Ltd. and has research responsibilities for companies inTaiwan, China and Hong Kong.

STEVE CHAE Senior Vice President / Senior Executive Director TEMPLETON Seoul, South Korea Steve Chae, senior vice president/senior executive director, joined the Templeton organization in 1999. Based in Seoul, he has researchresponsibilites for companies in South Korea and focuses on the chemicals sector.

MARCOS MUNDIM, CFA Vice President / Executive Director TEMPLETON Rio de Janeiro, Brazil Marcos Mundim, Vice President/Executive Director, joined the Templeton organization in 2000. He has research responsibilities forcompanies in Brazil and Portugal. He also has a sector-specialist role within the Emerging Markets group on the retailing and telecomsindustries.




TEK KHOAN ONG, CFA Managing Director/ Executive Vice President TEMPLETON Singapore Tek Khoan Ong, managing director/executive vice president, joined Franklin Templeton Investments in 1993 in San Mateo, California. In1995, he joined Templeton's emerging markets group in Singapore. While in San Mateo, he developed and managed a Franklin fixed income fund. He currently co-manages a number of Templeton's emerging markets equity funds. He also has equity research responsibilities for Southeast Asian markets and for emerging markets companies in the transportation sector. In addition, Mr. Ong co-manages two strategic equity funds, which invests in unlisted and listed companies, and coordinates the strategic equity efforts within theemerging markets group.

VIKAS CHIRANEWAL, CFA Vice President/Deputy Director TEMPLETON Mumbai, India Vikas Chiranewal, vice president/deputy director, joined the Templeton Emerging Markets team in January 2006. Mr.Chiranewal currentlyhas research responsibility for analyzing companies in India, Pakistan, and the Philippines.

JAY CHOI, CFA Vice President / Executive Director TEMPLETON Seoul, South Korea Jay Choi, vice president/executive director, joined Templeton Asset Management Ltd. in 2003. He has research responsibilities forcompanies in South Korea.

JORDAN PONG, CFA Vice President / Executive Director TEMPLETON Hong Kong Jordan Pong, vice president/executive Director, joined the Templeton organization in 2000. He has research responsibilities for companiesin Hong Kong, South Korea, and Taiwan. Mr. Pong also concentrates on quantitative and technical analysis of global emerging markets.

DENNIS LIM Co-CEO / Portfolio Manager TEMPLETON Singapore Dennis Lim, co-CEO and portfolio manager, joined Templeton Asset Management, Ltd. in 1990. He co-manages a number of Templeton's emerging markets funds, including Templeton Developing Markets Trust, Templeton Institutional Funds Inc. and Templeton's BRICfunds. He has research responsibilities for Southeast Asian markets and is also responsible for telecommunications companies in emergingmarkets.

EDDIE CHOW, CFA Executive Vice President / Managing Director TEMPLETON Hong Kong Eddie Chow, executive vice president/managing director, joined the Templeton organization in 1994. He has research responsibilities forcompanies in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the Philippines.

CHRISTINE CHUA Vice President /Deputy Director, Research TEMPLETON Singapore Christine Chua, vice president and deputy director, research, joined Templeton Asset Management in 1995. She has equity researchresponsibilities for companies in Indonesia and Singapore.






DAVID HAGLUND Vice President TEMPLETON Dubai David Haglund, Vice President, joined the Templeton Emerging Markets team in May, 2007. He has equity research responsibilities forthe Middle East and North Africa region and also some extent for Sub-Saharan Africa region.

ALEXEY ILIN Investment Analyst TEMPLETON Moscow, Russia Alexey Ilin, Investment Analyst, joined the Templeton Emerging Markets team in April, 2008. He has equity research responsibilities forRussia and CIS region.

ERMAN KALKANDELEN Vice President / Deputy Director TEMPLETON Istanbul, Turkey Erman Kalkandelen joined the Templeton organization in Turkey in 2006. Mr. Kalkandelen's current research responsibilities includeanalyzing companies in Turkey, Middle East and North Africa.

GRZEGORZ KONIECZNY Executive Vice President / Branch Rep Romania TEMPLETON Bucharest, Romania Grzegorz Konieczny, executive vice president/branch rep Romania, joined the Templeton organization in 1995. He manages investmentportfolios dedicated to global emerging markets and Asia (ex Japan); he has research responsibilities for companies in the real estate andthe oil & gas sector; he also specializes in analyzing companies listed in the Philippines.

VICTOR LEE Vice President / Executive Director TEMPLETON Hong Kong Victor Lee, vice president and executive director, joined Templeton in September 2005 and is based in Hong Kong. He is responsible foranalyzing and evaluating opportunities for strategic equity investments in North Asia, including China, Hong Kong, Korea, and Taiwan.

ARTEM LITVINOV Investment Analyst TEMPLETON Moscow, Russia Artem Litvinov, investment analyst, joined the Templeton organization in September 2008 in the Moscow office. Mr. Litvinov hasresearch responsibility for analyzing companies in Russia and CIS.
