STEP 1: CLEANSING

Deep cleanse at night, light cleanse in the morning. Using clean hands, use upward and outward strokes to massage the cleanser into your face and neck. Use little circular motions around sides of nose, temples and chin. Remove with a dampened TAKE IT OFF muslin cloth.

If wearing eye makeup, apply GO EASY to two separate dampened cotton pads. Hold lightly over each eye then wipe gently downwards and outwards, following the direction of the lashes to remove makeup.

In our spas we always double cleanse for scrumptiously clean skin!On the days you don’t use a mask or scrub, you can jump to step 3: toning.

STEP 2: MASK

This is your once a week spa treatment. Use to either deeply cleanse or deeply hydrate the skin. They are all designed to do their job within 20 minutes. Apply all over the face and neck, but avoid the eyes. To get even better results, pop into a warm bath and let the steam get to work. Remove with a damp TAKE IT OFF muslin.

STEP 3: TONING

Dampen a cotton pad with TONING ESSENCE. Gently wipe over the face and neck. On hot days you can also spritz your face (with eyes closed, of course).

STEP 4: SERUM

Apply one pump of serum to your palms and then press it into the face and neck.

STEP 5: EYES

Using your ring finger (the gentlest finger), lightly tap WINDOWS OF THE SOUL or EYE TRUFFLE all around the eye area, from below the eyes and all the way up to the eyebrows.

STEP 6: NECK

Using EXALT, rub onto the backs of both hands, then stroke or roll up the neck, as if you are ‘ironing’ your neck.

STEP 7: MOISTURISATION

Using upward and outward movements, massage lightly into the face and neck. Relax and let the goodness sink in.

DETOX GYM FOR SKIN

STEP 1: DRY SKIN BRUSHING

Your skin is a major organ of toxin elimination and when dead skin cells build up they reduce your ability to naturally detoxify. Dry skin brushing not only gives you smoother skin, but boosts the lymphatic flow and circulation. Brush with GIVING IT THE BRUSH OFF for about 5 minutes. Use firm strokes up the body - from feet to hip, wrist to shoulder, back and front (avoid face/neck).

STEP 2: BODY EXFOLIATION

After Step 1, scrub your entire body with SUGAR BUFF. This Mediterranean inspired olive oil and sugar based body scrub will help improve circulation and buff your skin silky smooth. Apply all over your body, massage, then step into a lovely warm bath or shower to remove.

STEP 3: DETOX MASSAGE

Massage a couple of capfuls of WORK IT OUT vigorously from the feet upwards in circular motions, moving up the body. Pay attention to the fatty zones and areas of knotted muscles and tension. If you have a friend who can help you with your back, then even better. It’s a good idea to stand on an old towel in case the oil is splashed.

STEP 4: NODULE MASSAGE

Time to go deeper. Massage NO PAIN NO GAIN vigorously and deeply over areas of lumps and bumps such as ‘bat-wings’, bum, thighs and tum. It might have soft nodules, but it’s no softy when it comes to toxins and cellulite.

STEP 5: ANTI-CELLULITE & SLIMMING

Apply GO FIGURE over the top of all the wobby bits you just massaged in Step 4 to seal in all the good work. Massage firmly, taking time to really give your skin a good treatment.

STEP 6: WRAP THE BODY WITH AROMATHERAPY

The final step is to seal in the goodness with DUVET comforting body cream all over. Massage into your body and it will feel like a nice hug for the skin and soul with omega oils, fig, olives, liquorice and lashings of vitamin E. An aromatherapy and skincare treat in one.

SPA WHEREVER YOU ARE R ITUALSTEP 1: CREATE THE PERFECT AMBIANCE

Draw yourself a warm bath and drizzle in two capfuls of DRIFT AWAY relaxing bathing & massage oil. It will turn the water beautifully milky, so the moisturising properties and blend of essential oils can penetrate the skin.

Whilst the bath is filling up, light a SIESTA FOREVER relaxing soya aromatic candle and put in a safe place in the bathroom. Turn on some relaxing, gentle music and grab your favourite fluffy towel. Spritz QUIETUDE calming mist lightly on your towel, robe and in the air around you.

STEP 2: GO ON, DRIFT AWAY

By now your bath should be ready. Sink in and relax. Breathe in the vapours with long, deep, slow breaths. Close your eyes, go over the day in your mind and bring to remembrance at least 3 things you are thankful for – they can be big things or little things.

STEP 3: TREAT YOURSELF TO A MASK

Apply your favourite facial mask – the steam from the bath will help open up your pores and all the goodness will penetrate even deeper.

After about 20-30 minutes you can remove the mask with fresh water and a TAKE IT OFF muslin cleansing cloth. Hop out of the bath and pat yourself dry.

STEP 4: WRAP YOUR SKIN IN A DUVET

Take a generous scoop of DUVET comforting body cream and massage gently into your body, starting at the toes and working up each leg, torso, back (get a friend to help you!) then from fingers to arms. Your skin will feel smooth, toned and deliciously spa’d out.

STEP 7: TIME TO REPOSE
