Template: “Love Is Sweet”: Heart Candy Box, Large (Instructions)

This page is for reference only. Print the following pages, and tape together the heart’s segments, aligning segments at the hash marks. Trace the whole heart onto mat board, and cut out to create the top piece. Repeat to create the bot-tom piece. Trim template down to the middle heart line; trace onto the top piece to make the guideline for placing sides of top. Trim template down to innermost heart line; trace onto bottom piece to make the guideline for placing sides of bottom. Cut sides for top: two 1-inch strips of watercolor paper 24 inches long and two ⅞-inch strips of colored paper 24 inches long. Cut sides for bottom: two 1-inch strips of watercolor paper 23½ inches long and two ⅞-inch strips of colored paper 23½ inches long.
