1. If one side of wall is exposed to Sun, the interior of the wall is hotter

2. The AC units of the vehicles are overloaded in extreme climate and cannot produce uniform temperature.

3. For Pharma warehouses, the ceiling may not be properly insulated

Hot Spots:In all such conditions, hot spots (small areas which are hotter) are generated and will not be noticed.Medicines kept in these hot spots are vulnerable and will go unnoticed.

Integrated Solution•Monitors & Records temperature & humidity every 10 seconds•Recording locally on the instrument, Local network & Internet as required•Full battery back up system for one week•In case temperature goes above/below limits, the device will inform 4 operators by making a voice call•The calls will be made continuously until one of them acknowledges the call.•If the problem is not rectified in 15 mins (can be programmed), calls will be repeated.
