September 11 Memorial

As you may know, the Tenth Anniversary of the September 11th

attacks on the United States is approaching.

411 Police and Firefighters and Paramedics were killed in those attacks attempting to help those who had been

targeted in the attacks.

On Saturday, September 10th

, the Arizona Law Enforcement Emerald Society and the United Phoenix Fire

Fighters Emerald Society is hosting a memorial for those that gave the ultimate sacrifice on that day ten years

ago.

We would like to invite all the Law Enforcement, Fire Department and Emergency Responders, active duty or

retired, their friends and family to join us in remembering those that chose duty and honor in the face of almost

certain death on that unforgettable morning.

Please join us at the Irish Cultural Center, 1106 North Central, in Phoenix, Arizona Saturday, September 10th

at

5pm. The memorial will include Honor Guards, a large contingent of metro Phoenix Pipes and Drums, several

key note speakers including one of the rescue personnel from 9-11. Following the ceremony there will be free

hot dogs, hamburgers, and refreshments.

THANK YOU, DON
