Challenges in evaluation
• As a vehicle for building social capital to solve a complex challenge in a large, complex region, what difference have we made? What has been the impact?
• How do we measure / map the relationships, networks and their strength to collaborate, coordinate and find solutions?
• Does the innovation as an intervention add value? What are the best conditions for innovation? As it relates to funding? Leadership? Capacity for collaboration?
• There are multiple interventions that bring together stakeholders to develop local strategies – are we adding value? Are we building effective and meaningful linkages amongst ourselves? Is there synergy? Or more noise?
