INTERACT™ Certificate of Destruction

In order to show adequate proof of destruction of the equipment, you must:

1) Show discontinued use of the product by returning the products to ClearOne.

2) Recycle the old equipment being submitted for the promotion and submit a receipt validating proper disposal or a Recycled

Certificate. Please provide a photo of the recycled units.
