The power of listening expands your consciousness exponentially. When we allow ourselves to listen with the ears of one who is fully anchored within our ascended mastery, we “hear” more than we

ever thought possible. We go beyond “self”.

How we communicate with others and ourselves supports our evolution and global peace. Learning how to make every expression of your self one of true Peace, Love and Joy IS the anchoring of your

ascended presence.

Telepathy is your natural way of being. You are inherently telepathic. To harness this gift without the attachment of how to manipulate it will open the doorway to your Divine presence.

Thought of the week: “YOU are the GIFT! I AM the GIFT!”

As you anchor this process evermore and prepare to move into the energy of your culmination, it is important to once again reflect upon True Soul Nourishment.

Soul Nourishment is not a diet. However, our culturally conditioned mindset will initially look at any change in our eating routine as a “diet”, especially if that change feels restrictive to the ego. It is an important part of your self-‐discovery process to confront your own resistance and learn to reframe the experience as liberating, not inhibiting.

Know, indeed that you may Eat anything you want!

There are those who teach that as Masters, you can eat whatever you want and you'll transmute any negative energy from those foods.

The truth is that while you can indeed do this it will distract you from the full

anchoring of your ascended energy! To “use” your ascended wisdom as fuel for a densified ego is to regress your progress.

And, as Archangel Zadkiel so lovingly reminds us, “If you must remember density, then do it well!”



Your Ascended Mastery is now emerging into the forefront of your consciousness. You are awakening unto the truth of you.

How does one awaken?

By moving out of the dream state into the light of truth! Ingesting foods, liquids, energy and experiences that are filled with love and light accelerates your full awakening. These pure substances have a cleansing effect on the body that helps release the grip of the density upon your consciousness. As you cleanse, and en-‐light-‐en yourself, then foods, energies and other substances that are further from your vibration will have less impact upon you. However for now, you may be more like the cigarette smoker who says:

“I can stop smoking at any time, I am not addicted”, yet continues to smoke. This is not a judgment, simply an observation of the power of the densified realm.

The soul nourishment program is your opportunity to emancipate from the unconscious addiction to lower vibrational foods, energies and people.

The soul nourishment program is an opportunity to cleanse your tissues and emotions of the accumulated toxicity that you are accustomed to.

Toxicity keeps you unaware of the sluggish effect it has on your vessel, your emotional body, and your overall consciousness!

Consider density to be like sticky syrup, it tends to cling to whatever it touches. So it is with density experiences. When your consciousness and your vessel are habitually oriented toward density experiences, then you'll attract more of the same experiences. Lower vibrational foods tend to cling to the cells, while higher vibrational foods offer a solvent to the cells, cleansing them. As you cleanse, you lighten. The analogy of density being syrup also applies to pain imprints experienced throughout our lives. Unresolved grievances, (lack of forgiveness), causes energies to cling to us, often unconsciously. This is classically experienced as attracting people into our lives who mirror our unresolved issues....from this we enter into cycles that do not serve us, yet tend to repeat. We cleanse ourselves through the release of these imprints by offering love and acceptance to all involved. This has the same effect as pure water has upon our physical systems; it will cleanse us of energetic impurities. This too is soul nourishment.



Soul nourishment includes all aspects of what we “ingest”, from food and water to the emotional climate and energetic qualities of our surroundings. When you walk into your home, it needs to bring you joy. If not, then perhaps you might want to do the following.

Discard any object (and clutter) in your home that does not offer you joy! Consider discarding all foods, clothing, and friendships that leave you feeling sad,

small or dis-empowered.

In Sacred Union: The Journey Home, Archangel Zadkiel outlines a nourishment program that recommends ingesting lots of vegetables and includes 2 days of liquids each month. While we do not advocate that you immediately quit eating animal products; we do encourage you to re-‐prioritize your food intake. Learn to enjoy green foods, tofu and organic produce by adding-‐in these foods, instead of quitting your “favorite” foods entirely. This is the gentle approach to awakening. As with all shifts, even gentle ones, chances are your ego will kick-‐up resistance to the change1. Love yourself for the recognition! Love your ego! It is simply a child wanting reassurance and guidance. Assume the proper relationship with your ego; children do not drive -‐ they are passengers who comment and may influence your choices. However, know that you are the chooser and smile at this! Continue the soul nourishment program by enjoying a modified fast every 30 days. Discover how just 2 days of soups will offer the gentle release of the clinging density energies. Do your best to avoid judging this process until you have tried it! Most people will find that on those two days of liquids all kinds of unresolved feelings will arise. For example, free-‐floating fear or depressive feelings might come to the forefront. Where did they come from? Your ego will try to pin the cause on something in your current experience...most likely the food! Yet, more likely, these unpleasant feelings are simply the unconscious cellular memories being sloughed-‐off. Smile, drink even more water and offer love to You. The feelings will quickly dissipate.

Again, this information will have no real meaning to you until you have undergone the experience. What have you got to lose?

Once you can truly enjoy two day of soups and juices each month, then extend it to four days of liquids and

see how your system responds. Often the ego will flare once again and challenge this serious deprivation of the favorite foods!

You can indeed experience a faster release of cellular imprints through a pure water fast;

however, we do not recommend this until you have demonstrated mastery of a liquid (soup) fast.

Above all, soul nourishment is about being kind to you!

Archangel Zadkiel did not recommend a water fast for us until we had experienced 8 months of the soul nourishment program!

Ask yourself the following: Can I eat fast food, watch emotionally-charged Hollywood movies, read fear-based newspapers, listen to the news daily and still awaken?

For a very few, yes. For most, no....your spiritualized ego will trap you at a level of consciousness

that refuses to truly challenge the ego's dominance2.

What does that mean? Simply that you'll be spiritually-‐correct, feeling somewhat empowered and still clinging to a subset of mass-‐consciousness. Your experience will still be governed by fear, no matter how many positive affirmative phrases and thoughts you bring to the forefront of your attention! You will still feel as if you are “trapped on the wheel”. You will have touched your Ascended Mastery without anchoring it and begin yet again another repetitive cycle.

The Soul Nourishment program, like the mirror work,

is an opportunity for true freedom. Mirror work offers you the opportunity to be free from self-‐judgment. Soul nourishment offers the cleansing of years of unconscious programming and the opportunity to be truly empowered. For the moment you liberate yourself from the habit of eating and receiving energy, you liberate from a strata of psychic programming that resides in your consciousness. It is then that your greater spaciousness results and your Ascended Mastery anchors with grace and ease.

Telepathy and Transparent Communication Expanded As you have most likely discovered, this program does not begin with class one and end with class nine. It began with your commitment to redefine yourself and it ends whenever you choose! Living consciously within the density game board does involve an ever-‐refining spiral of clarity. This clarity results in conscious choices that bring more Joy into your experience.

Joy is truly the measure. Joy is the opportunity you can choose whenever you find yourself

caught in a limiting experience. Remember, you cannot exit from struggle and fear through any strategy that is of the game board. Your “exit” comes through the process of loving the journey, seeing everything as a reminder to choose Joy, being grateful for these reminders and simply Lifting into a higher state of consciousness3.

The purpose of the Navigating the Inner Matrix course is to offer you a pathway through the density to your authentic knowing. From this authenticity, your life becomes more joyful, and your light shines brightly. The ascended master within arises and true connectivity will flourish as a daily means of expression.

This is your last formal class of the Violet Ray Course, and yet, in many ways it is your first class! You have been escalating your vibrational rate to prepare yourself for the expansion of light which is now in “full force” on this planet as well as many others! Allow yourself the gift of “feeling” into what this course has truly activated within you. Where has it taken you and where you are NOW?

The MOMENT is truly here! Your path of Self-Ascension has arrived.

Are you embracing this transformation or are you resisting it? As you reflect on that question, further ask yourself, WHO is doing the asking and WHO is answering?

Honest and clear telepathic communication requires that you have attained uncontestable recognition of the pure stream of love that is readily abundant and always ever present. All of the lessons have prepared you to now open to door to the realms of the Archangelic Portal and beyond, for your daily living experience. The more you Self-‐Ascend into your soul energy and claim your ascended mastery, the less you will be attracted to or compelled to be in the response system of the traditional third dimensional expression.

This is a vital time in our collective history.

The call to maintain your vibrational energy is here. As you continue to empower your vibration, the greater the flow in your experience will open up the effortlessness of being in a chaotic third

dimensional experience!

What does this mean?

Simply, that through your loving and sincere energetic preparation, you have been training yourself to lift into the Ascended state while maintaining a body in the world of illusion, (the third dimension).

Through this preparation you have been simultaneously awakening others through the gift of your conscious up-‐liftment and presence.

It is imperative to know that at this very moment, by holding the truth of consciousness and abundant love, your ascended presence offsets 100,000 others on the planet, thereby supporting the opening of the light portals that are here to lift all!

As you embrace the Archangelic recognition that Trust is Love and Love is Trust, the only true means of communication becomes “Telepathic Transparency”.

Through this understanding, you begin to understand why in the world of illusion, (especially self-‐illusion); the gift of telepathy has been hidden and often misunderstood. Misuse of the gift has been demonstrated on this planet many times, and often the term itself has a science fiction fascination that further inhibits the true gift of love that this communication form offers. However, even this misunderstanding provides the perspective of further demonstrating why only those who have embraced Angelic Trust and Love are the bearers of the opening. All is in all-‐ways in divine order.



A special Note from Sri and Kira about this program: When this profound program was first revealed to us, the purpose of all of the exercises, even when they may have appeared to the untrained or unaware as a repetitive or “old” rehash of third dimensional concepts was to offer to the awakening masters a clear pathway of support. To move into the loving power of Telepathic Transparency one must be “clean” in their heart. Thereby the overall delivery of the Violet Ray Course WILL stir up many emotions and even push away those who are not ready to fully embrace “self-‐transparency”. This is a great gift, and vital to understand, especially for those of you who may wish to become Certified Self-‐Ascension Coaches4! Not all who began this course are finishing it! Take this moment to congratulate yourself for saying YES to the Angelic principle of Trust is Love and for embracing the gift enough to follow through and complete this program!

As you practice living the gifts of peace, love and joy, it will flush out any remaining doubt remnants. The more you gift yourself with practice the more you empower TRUST. It does, indeed demand trust to surrender into telepathic communion with another.

It is a fallacy to consider that telepathic communion opens a door to your thoughts being violated. You can only be in telepathic communion when you have agreed to be available for the conversation. The embrace of Trust is Love also will offer to you a protective portal that cannot be violated under any circumstance. Knowing of this protective gift is in itself another embrace of Trust! However, as you will experience through the exercises for this class, the gift of offering love centered conversation can be given to another prior to a third dimensional conversation taking place. This is not designed to look into the thoughts of another, it is meant to share yourself from your heart space with another in an effort to expand the light consciousness of both. You have now arrived at the time where you must ask yourself:

Am I truly transparent with others and myself in all my communications?

Telepathic Communication Worksheet

Exercise One:

This Telepathic exercise as was first delivered to us by Archangel Zadkiel. To effectively complete this process it does require a friend/relative/partner to practice with. If at all possible, we encourage you to first complete the exercise exactly as written in the book. Please note that you may also complete this over the phone with a friend/relative/partner, (just follow the modifications as described below).

Prior to beginning: Complete the Aura Stretching process with your partner prior to beginning the Telepathic exercise. This will open greater channels of energy and center your

fields together.

Phone version modification: Begin the Telepathic exercise by breathing in gentle and rhythmic flow with your partner. Use your breath to open the true channels of communication. Be “visible” with the breath, make sound as you exhale and be present.

At this point share Transparently what you are feeling/experiencing with each other, reserve judgment of your own feelings and that of your partner. After this is completed, determine who is the receiver and who is the sender for the first session. You should each have a synchronized timer available.

Begin the spine alignment by sitting straighter and straighter as you breathe deeper and deeper allowing yourself to connect with the energy of your partner. Then begin the three minutes as instructed in the book by the sender stating our loud the word “begin”.

Continue to complete the exercise as written.



Advanced Telepathic Application/Exercise:

Caution: This is an advanced technique offered for the positive benefit of all. If the gift of Telepathic communication is ever utilized to self-serve or control an

outcome, then this gift will become unavailable to you to access. Once this advanced technique is mastered, you are able to move into direct

Galactic communication, which opens the portal to deeper service and greater alignment with the One-ness and you Ascended mastery.

This exercise offers to you the opportunity of confirming your own Telepathic ability while offering freedom from density to another. The purpose is to train your re-‐connection with telepathy to enter into the stream of greater global upliftment through “Streaming Love Consciousness” (advanced lesson from the Golden Ray Course). If you feel any resistance to doing this exercise know that it is simply because you are still holding a judgment within that needs to be uncovered. Celebrate this event if it happens; it is the gift of further opening your Galactic Root Chakra, (the heart center), and deepening of your connection with the Divine Heart of your soul. When you are ready, you will be able to fully embrace this advanced practice, and until that time, simple re-‐visit any section of this lesson that is calling to you. As you integrate and comprehend the benefit of mastering the ability of Telepathic reconnection for the purpose of being a torch bearer of light; know that you are activating a beacon of recognition for others to find their way through the chaos.



How to Begin this Exercise:

1. Call in to your consciousness a current communication you are having with another. a. It could be a family member, friend, business associate, etc.

2. Light a white candle and put it in front of you. 3. Sit quietly and begin breathing in a circular fashion while focusing on the white

candle flame. 4. Gently and easily enter into the conversation you seek to have with this person.

“Beam” them this conversation and the emerald golden energy that is your Ascended Galactic Heart.

5. Spend at least 3-‐5 minutes as you are in communion with this one. Allow yourself to say everything you are intending to share as you ignite your Ascended Galactic heart during this process.

6. Then, spend another 3-‐ 5 minutes receiving back from them what their energy field wants to share with you.

7. Taking the time to come fully back into presence, it is powerful to document your experience. The purpose of this is for you to experience the power of your own heart. Remember to stay focused on this as the only outcome, you are training the ego remnant to let go of an anticipated outcome from telepathic experience.

Note: To further “train” the egoic remnants that are present you may wish to seek the conscious assistance of another prior to this experience. Let them know what you are about to do and then contact them a day later and inquire as to their flow of the past day. Simply pay attention to their response, and do not expect anything, just let it flow, and pay attention to your own responses to their sharing. Allowing yourself to document this process is also a powerful way to expand through it. If needed, you may wish to re-‐visit the S.A.F.E process. Remember: This is a training Exercise! Have mercy on yourself.
