Organisations that fail to place thecustomer at the very centre of all their activities will fail toachieve this kind of relationship and will lose ground.

Customer Focus in Telecoms –Advanced Business Diploma
The revolution in the provision of communication technologies, services and applications is placing severe pressure on serviceproviders’ ability to deliver what customers value profitably, andto establish a viable long-term competitive business position.Marketing telecommunications services is no longer aboutselling technology. Communications service providers need todevelop a very deep, multi-dimensional relationship with theircurrent and future customers and understand how therevolution in the wider communications environment ischanging customers’ behaviour, value requirements andsatisfaction drivers. Organisations that fail to place thecustomer at the very centre of all their activities will fail toachieve this kind of relationship and will lose ground.
The five day, interactive programme is designed for managerswho need to develop a thorough understanding of thecustomer and customer-centricity in the wider context of thecommunications industry. It provides the tools to helpcommunications organisations and their partners to assesswhere, when and how to become more customer-centric andto use customer focus as the basis for improving overallorganisational efficiency and effectiveness. The programmefocuses squarely on the customer, including:• Advanced Marketing• Changing Customer Requirements• CRM & CEM• Branding & Marketing Communications• Customer Focus & ROMI

The key to effective learning is how the competencies(knowledge, skills and confidence) are developed, and inparticular, how they are applied both within the training and thenmore importantly in the work place. Our programmes aredesigned around this belief using the principle of PACE –Preparation, Application, Consolidation, Experience:
• Preparation – Pre-course online tutorials and tests in orderto “hit the ground running”
• Application – information on real world experiences, practical exercises, demonstrations and business simulationsmaximise both training value and student engagement
• Consolidation – Post-course continuing competencydevelopment and support via tutor support and exclusivecontent on the Telecoms Virtual Campus
• Experience – An outstanding end-to-end training experienceto maximise engagement, relevance and value of the training
PACE enabled training allows us to deliver highly relevant trainingto our delegates, we create a dynamic training environment thatfacilitates highly engaged participants to deliver maximum trainingvalue to both the individual and the organisation.
