vii) All the Quality Control Engineers shall mandatorily enter details related toQuality Control inspections in the prescribed Online formats and uploadthe quality control inspection reports against the works which have beeninspectecl by them.

viii) All the Executive Engineers (field) shall enter the details of bottle necks,such as Land acquisition, utility shiftings, Mission Bhagiratha pipelinesetc., against each work and also update their progress on every fortnightbasis in the online system.

ix) All the Executive Engineers (field divisions) shall mandatorily enter thedetails i.e., realistic physical, financial progress, both submitted to the Pay& Accounts Officer in the prescribed forms in the online system for everywork on il fortnightly basis.

x) The data entry related to the above functions shall be entered correctly bythe Engineers within seven (7) days of the event i.e., technical sanction,agreement signing, approval of RFI, measurement recording, checkmeasurements, inspections, physical and financial progress etc, invariablyin the online system. Only the details entered in the online system shallbe treated as authenticated and valid for payments, audit, enquiries etc.,and the responsibility for the correctness of data entered in the systemsolely lies with the Superintending Engineer, Executive Engineerconcerned.

Phase-II implementation (3 months after the start of Phase-I)

i) Paymetrt of all work bills of the R&B Department shall be made throughthe WMS,
